I went to Sierra Leone for work and I stayed at New Brooksfields Hotel. The hotel was clean, and the breakfast was good. Internet was available and stable. Power sometimes went off but took seconds to comeback! Thaoma was such a great help and kind. I would stay at New Brooksfields again if i visit SL

Hotel convenient for business trip. Located close to many offices, has a gym, a good restaurant, and friendly staff. The beds are quite comfortable and the rooms are kept clean. Generably reliable internet. Recommend if travelling for work.

They have awesome courteous staff who are keen on making my stay comfortable. They rooms are impeccably clean and spacious. The food is great - freshly made and wonderful variety. The location is near all the important business offices. I highly recommend it.

4. Very enjoyable stay. The apartments and the service are good. Food options. Laundry awesome! Security great. Power and WiFi have been consistent and strong. Nice little gym to keep one active. Lots of nice art on the walls. What more could you ask for in Freetown?

The hotel is of international standards. It’s clean, neat, food is good, staff are great and the hotel works like any other hotel would. Having stayed at other hotels in Sierra Leone I can definitely say that NBH has “got it right”. All staff are accommodating towards requests.

I stayed for a full week at the new brookfields hotel and I loved my stay. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Their food is very good and has a long list of choices. Breakfast is usually the same all week, but has lots of choices. I would definitely visit the hotel the next time i am in freetown.

Wonderful hotel with wonderful staff. But the only comment that there is no external haste inside the bathroom so you can wash your self after finishing because I am a Muslim and it's necessary to use it.

Every day of my stay there were cockroaches in the room and the bathroom was empty. I do not allow this due to the high price I pay for the hotel. I informed the reception, and they fumigated the bathroom and the room, but the cockroaches continued to appear. They must be aware that they have an infestation, and they must consider comprehensive fumigation of the hotel. There is no point in fumigating a room if the next room has cockroaches. And the worst thing is, these cockroaches come out of nests that must exist. That's unhygienic. In other hotels in the city they have this pest under control. No complaints from the staff, everyone was very good. On other occasions they had an EXPRESSO coffee machine. Now they don't have it, it's a shame. I REPEAT: The price is high taking into account these hygienic conditions. I don't know if the people who give good marks have realized that there are cockroaches, because I imagine that I won't be the only person who has had this bad experience. Also, bad luck for being during curfew. The hotel would have to change those important things for me to return.

With the price you pay, there shouldn't be any cockroaches. The first night, I got up to go to the bathroom,....and....there was a cockroach looking at me. HOW DISGUSTING!!... I didn't kill her, because it makes me sick. The second day, the same. The third one killed 2 cockroaches and took the photos that I post. Notice to the reception to fumigate,.....and nothing....they don't fumigate. The hotel is very good. But they should carry out an anti-cockroach treatment.
