The room we were given opened onto the lobby -- not ideal in terms of privacy or late night/early morning noise. Bright lights on the porch outside our window leaked through the curtain. The room was clean and pleasant if spare. The gentleman at the front desk was pleasant and helpful.

Lo bueno: El recepcionista atento a nuestras necesidades, la habitación cómoda y limpia , cama cómoda . Hay café de cortesía en recepción. Hay un patio con mesitas , tiene estacionamiento Lo malo: No tiene ascensor, igual son pocos pisos Para conocer Boston es una buena opción a 40 min de distancia

This place was so reasonably priced, clean, friendly, and convenient to the heart of Westborough and all the surrounding areas. We were there for hockey in the next town over. Great place to stay! The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful when we asked about places to eat, etc.

We needed a place to stay overnight after seeing a concert at Fenway. This inn is located about 40-60min out. We were there a Friday night into Saturday. Trusting the positive reviews, we booked a night. This place is quiet, cute, updated, comfy, and CLEAN. Other patrons are quiet. Front desk staff were lovely during check in and check out Our room was on the 3rd floor and we had zero issues with room temp. Wifi worked great, shower was clean and had plenty of pressure. The bed was very comfortable. Very reasonable rate. We will definitely stay here again and recommend!

Chose to stay here as it was a good halfway point to destination. Owners were very friendly, but rooms were pretty 80s. Passably clean, firm bed, not a lot of water pressure. Dont drink the OJ--it was so old it was fizzy. Breakfast highlight was zucchini bread, they also had bagels, muffins, cold cereal (no milk alternatives), instant oatmeal. (Only fruit: bananas) Basement has kitchen, pool table den (think 70s show) It had issues, but was ok.

The Westborough Inn is a wonderful place to stay and always feels as though I'm coming home. Not only is it incredibly clean, but it's charming and has all of the ammenities that you could want. The bottom floor has a well equipped kitchen and ample seating area, so gathering with family or friends is perfect! The Inn Keepers, Charlotte and George are warm and generous with their time. Delightful!

The management have made sure your room is clean and has everything you need. We find the beds to be good. We also appreciate the staff - from the front desk to the person who cleans to the manager. We look forward to visiting at least once a year because it's like being with friends.

This place is bad. Like really bad. There are rats on the floor. Roaches on the bed. Gorilla in the shower. A killer knocking on my door shot it down. The night manger is also rude. Don’t stay here ever or you will want to leave. This place is dangerous.

This place is an experiment that hasn't yet been finished. There is no one on staff at any time! If you have a questions, issue or problem there is no one. You get checked in by video with someone in another country that may/may not speak English. A lot of standard amenities are not available- There is no lobby or place to gather, no maid service , no tissues in the rooms, phones that dont work, doors that lock with difficulty, No one available to ask "where can I get something to eat" or. can I have another set of towels. etc. There is old metal furniture outside you could sit on that is in the parking lot. Our keys stopped working on day 2 and had to be re issued. There is no coffee or tea or vending machines. If that isn't enough, there is no dresser or closet to hang your clothes. No where to put anything. There than that,, the beds are clean and comfortable- but that is it. They should lower the price while they work out the kinks or wait until they are finished figuring out their product
