the hotel is excellent and the behaviour of the staff and the manager is very nice they upgraded our rooms for the best experience we had and the view from the hotel balcony is breathtaking.thankyou so much

The hotel staff are pathetic , the food is worst and it's in remote place .Plz avoid staying here, the room is good but the overall experience is very bad considering the unprofessional behaviors of receptionist. The morning food was cold and we were served raw poha and the puri were undercooked. It takes decades to get room service even for a bottle of water. There are staff scarcity.

We have stayed for a night here. The property is really good. We had comfortable stay. The rooms were neat and clean. The standard room little smaller but delux rooms are pretty large. Property has nice Garden on the side.

Very bad experience.Charges are very high compared to room .Staff are very rude.They does not know how to behave with the tourist.At the time of booking they agree that they will provide all services but actually they don't do .Only they will say give us 5 star rating but they donot deserve for that.Food quality very poor

Food, hygiene and safety was excellent. But location was bit far from the city. That's why 4 star, otherwise it is 5 star

The location was about 3kms from the main town. The room was small and bathroom was smelly. We were given a ground floor room, so the noise from reception and outside disturbed us till 12 in the night. The room door wouldn't close easily. Faulty lock. The i house dining service was pathetic. Twice i had to change the order. The food came late, was under-cooked and oily. The staff tried to be cordial but that wasn't going to make me ignore the really below average condition of the stay. The hotel is still under construction and utensils could be seen outside the kitchen. I personally found 3 species of insects and that wasn't child friendly. All in all, waste of my money and piece of mind. Ps. Their is not manager at the site. It is been run by some young men who don't know much about the hospitality.

Good location which is far from city hustles, they have maintained gardens with lots of flowers and other plants, courteous staff, u just ask for u will get it if it's there in their limits. Good food and spacious room

I had my family trip in May 24 and I stayed in this hotel on 4th to 6th May for two days .My overall stay experience is not pleasant. This hotel doesn't have basic intercom facility. We got room on third floor and for every other thing I have to go down and request for service. Staffs are not properly trained for hospitality. We requested for change of room which is not entertained by hotel management. The food quality is average. Fruit request in breakfast doesn't taken seriously by hotel management inspite of giving advance notification. We struggle getting hot water for bath. Property is far away from market. Unless you don't have any other choice to stay in peling, then only chose this property otherwise avoid They lack of professionalism in hospitality, food , room service, cleaning and all aspects which is basic things for running any hotel at hill station
