Very unhygienic and dirty hotel . There is a lot of druggist live in this hotel . Hotel says they have non smoking rooms but inside your room there is a smoke smell coming inside the room . This hotel is not safe for family and girls because there is no safety and security . Hotel manager very rude and unprofessional he don’t care about the customer service they just care about only money . There is no staff in the hotel after 5pm . After 9 pm they stop receiving the calls . They are the biggest scammers in the hotel industry in perth market . Please don’t go in this trap . I had booked room there for 2 nights but I left the hotel at midnight because there is lot of noise coming from outside , getting the smoke smell inside the room and its not safe and secure . There is lot of druggist in the car park area and staying inside the hotel. Hotel doesn’t care about anything . Once you paid you cannot get any refund Eventhough thats the mistake of hotel .

The room that I was in was quite spacious and has all the amenities I required for travellers. Some tenents are just noisy as if they are refurbishing inside their room. If youre lucky enough, you might end up with a quiet neighbor then youre stay would be pleasant.

Dishes needed to be washed before we could use them, with food scraps stuck on the top as bottom of several plates, Had to ask for cutlery, some bowls and glasses. Rangehood and microwave very dirty. Dining chairs are material and were filthy and stained. One bottom sheet and a doona. Shower needed to be fixed during our stay. Did not feel safe, especially when we had several knocks on the door between the hours of 9-12pm
Nice customer service.
