Front desk friendly the room was terrible tiles missing in shower recess which was covered in plastic toilet didn't flush properly . The other people staying at the hotel were very intimidating and felt unsafe

Very unhygienic and dirty hotel . There is a lot of druggist live in this hotel . Hotel says they have non smoking rooms but inside your room there is a smoke smell coming inside the room . This hotel is not safe for family and girls because there is no safety and security . Hotel manager very rude and unprofessional he don’t care about the customer service they just care about only money . There is no staff in the hotel after 5pm . After 9 pm they stop receiving the calls . They are the biggest scammers in the hotel industry in perth market . Please don’t go in this trap . I had booked room there for 2 nights but I left the hotel at midnight because there is lot of noise coming from outside , getting the smoke smell inside the room and its not safe and secure . There is lot of druggist in the car park area and staying inside the hotel. Hotel doesn’t care about anything . Once you paid you cannot get any refund Eventhough thats the mistake of hotel .

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room itself was very clean, but there was a lot of temporary maintenance and poor patch up throughout the apartment. The hallways and elevator were very dirty. Cheap and cheerful - but in need of work

Very dirty building that smells of cigarettes.
Floors are just disgusting with stained carpets and chewing gum stuck to them, the apartment had very limited, mismatched crockery that wasn’t even clean, the ceiling fan above our bed was filthy, cracked shower screen and dripping tap in bathroom, peeling window tints on all windows.
Management are liars, and will bill you for extra fees.

Notably, the bedding required replacement due to excessive hair, and the room's cleanliness was subpar, with dirty tiles and kitchenware. Hallway carpets are worn, outdated, and unclean, necessitating renovation. Furthermore, the first floor's unusual odor suggests potential substance use, compromising safety. Considering these concerns, I strongly recommend exploring alternative hotels, particularly for families. This establishment requires significant refurbishment to enhance its quality and appeal.
