We had a wonderful time at the Pullman Lombok Mandalika. The room was incredibly comfortable and spacious, and the hotel staff were so warm and welcoming. We also had the chance to dine at their restaurant, although it was a bit on the expensive side, we felt it was worth it considering the hotel's high standards. It's important to note that the hotel is a bit far from the nearest city area, Kuta, and the capital city of Lombok, Mataram. So, if you prefer staying closer to the bustle of city life, this might not be the best choice for you. However, if you're looking for a peaceful and luxurious retreat away from the hectic pace of everyday life, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

Wonderfull stay at Pullman! Perfect beach front clear sky blue sea. We checkedin late due to flight timing had email them earlier but didnt get any response. Mentioned this to elang (recprtionist) to handled it professionally. They have scheduled shuttle to Kuta. Breakfast was pricey. Room was superb! Loveee the room

The hotel is located a bit far from the center, but there is a shuttle service that takes you to the center. The rooms were very comfortable and nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. I can't say anything about the breakfast restaurant since we didn't try it. In general, it's a place I can recommend to everyone.

It was a great place to spend time with family at the resort. The ocean was a bit difficult to use. The pool and breakfast facilities were good. The view from the beach was really nice, and I had a great time playing with my child at the pool bar, eating popcorn and shakes.

Excellent hotel with one exception: the worst beach in the area with no possibility to swim. Maybe during high tide it is not so bad. But at low tide it is just awful. Partly compensated by a good swimming pool. You can order a la carte. The prices are relatively reasonable.

Came to climb Mount Rinjani and stayed at this hotel upon recommendation. Due to schedule changes, we stayed one night less. Negotiation with the hotel failed and no refund was given. The hotel is cheap but the restaurant is expensive. The beach is so-so and you can't see the sunrise or sunset. The free breakfast is delicious. The ice cubes are fine and you can have as much cold drinks as you want.
