The staff was amazing! This includes the awesome breakfast lady. The room was clean and comfortable.

Great stay. Rooms were clean, front desk host were very polite, and the breakfast was good. 4 stars only because the elevator went out the day of our check-in and we were on the fourth floor. Other than that, no complaints.

Everything great but the elevator was out of service. But staff let us know before we got there. They were great.

We are currently staying at this location and there have been nothing but issues since we arrived. Upon arrival we found out the elevator doesn’t work. We’re on the 4th floor. The air also does not keep up and they are waiting for someone to come look at it. We had to sign a consent to swim at your own risk because the pool is “closed” due to an issue with the gate surrounding it.I was told they have received quote but can’t get anyone to come fix it. Also once arriving we learned around this area the water is yellow. Toilet, sink, and shower water, yellow! We’ve been advised not to drink it. The ice machine on the 4th floor is out of service so we have to go to the 1st floor. Remember no elevator service. I say all this to recommend finding a different location and know this hotel is NOT newly renovated!! We’re paying near $800 to stay here and it’s not worth $80 a night. I was told that corporate is aware of all issues listed above just finding someone to fix the issues is the problem.

LaQuinta West Monroe is my preferred hotel, I stayed here multiple times and will stay over again. Exceptionally clean, very good breakfast, good bed and pillows, convenient online check-in / check-out option, very good location - adjacent to the hotel is a picturesque little park with a walking trail, our little dog just loves to walk there :) .
