Best Western West Monroe Inn

Well maintained, clean and have hot breakfast.

I recently stayed at the best western in west Monroe Louisiana and I needed store locations to acquire some things i had forgotten at home. I asked a motel staff member named Kayla if she could help me with the information I was in much need of. She immediately told me she would would help me and looked up such locations on her own personal cellphone and relayed the information to me. She was very nice and professional. Thank you Kayla, Bo.

The hotel was clean its a older hotel so it was a little musty. But it was very clean and t he staff were amazing. I would definitely stay here again. Mariah was wonderful she was very helpful.

The wife and I had a horrible experience with a Budget rental truck and had to stay extra days at the hotel. The staff were amazing and compassionate. Nichole and Kayla made sure that we had everything we needed for our room. Jamie Owen was on point with everything in the morning routine. These wonderful people were understanding of our situation and did everything to make it better.

The location was great right of I-20. The room was clean and price was comfortable. The breakfast area was clean and lots of variety of food to choose from. The staff Jamie and Mariah were very helpful and made our stay great. Looking forward to returning.

I was blessed to stay here at the Best Western in West Monroe, Louisiana. After having an accident on I-20, and needing truck repairs, I had an extended stay here. The staff was spectacular! Nicole kept my room spotless and supplied with towels. The breakfast was very good, and never empty. Thanks, Jamie! The crew behind the desk, including Tash, Tri, Jamie and Sijan, were always pleasant and helpful. I'll be going back to pick up my truck soon, and you know I'll be staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was amazing. It had plenty of places to set down. The bed was so comfy. And the housekeeper Kayla C. did an amazing job cleaning the room. Would stay again.

The hotels were extremely high priced and so accordingly this hotel was high compared to what is normal. This property is an older and well worn hotel but has fairly comfortable bedding. The staff was friendly and helpful and took their jobs seriously. Thanks to Kayla C. for a good job cleaning my room!
