As a loyal honors member, I wish this were at least a decent review. So many things were wrong. Water was brown and they were working on water system caused wall repairs that woke us up at 7 am on a Saturday. Complaint to front desk -they pointed to a water inspection certificate. Within 24 hours of staying here I had the worst case of the runs and gas. The tub either has fecal matter or severe rust stains .- I avoided touching . The breakfast fruit had insects all over it. He coffee can went unfilled for a good 39 minutes and the can had stains all over the exterior. The beds were uncomfortable and their room cleaning policies posted had at least two versions. Let’s increase employment in the us and start a trend to not stay at a location unless they offer daily fresh towels and bed make-ups and trash removal.- this hotel eould not be on the daily list. A room was expected to have only 2 nearly hand towel size towels (as a bath towel) for two people for two days and they were giving us a hassle about getting clean tiweks. Several complaints to front desk never resulted in seeing a nanager. If this is the service you are used too, find a cheaper hotel.

This hotel is NOT to brand. We only used the room as a quick nap area because the room felt like a 2-star hotel in someone's bad neighborhood. The elevator is raggedy - feeling & sounding like it is about to plummet to the ground. The hallway & room has a horrible smell - which is coming from the dirty carpet... I know because I bent over to grab my shoes & unfortunately smelled it. The water was yellow, so we didn't take advantage of the coffee. Not sure why the towel rack with the "clean towels" is INSIDE the shower. Not to mention weeks later & my refundable charge that is "released at checkout" is still pending weeks later. Drinks in the market are $4, and as if paying for the God awful room isn't bad enough they charge a $5 parking fee. Lol.... I advise you to try somewhere else. This is NOT how Hilton hotels are supposed to be. This shouldn't even be considered a 3 star hotel.

Every single staff person I spoke with was friendly, helpful, and professional. They’re what made the stay so much better than the rooms. Rooms were extremely dated and in rough shape. While the bed was super comfy it looked as if someone had slept in it and the sheets weren’t changed. There were scrapes, bumps, and knicks in the doors and on walls and while I know this isn’t anyone’s fault, the fact that I had a few flies sharing my room was really aggravating. Clean up the rooms and this place would be awesome!

I have also left this review on Google - The room was clean, the bed comfortable, but it is truly the staff that shine at this establishment. Traveling through from New Mexico to Florida my friend and I stayed at this hotel at the mid-point of our journey. The next morning as we departed at 5AM, I left my bag containing my laptop and other work devices in the parking lot, not to realize it until 2.5 hours and over 150 miles away. With a sinking feeling, I called the hotel, expecting the worst. What I received were Hilton Garden staff that checked the parking lot a few times until they found my bag and the manager Michael calling me not much later to assure me he would be happy to take it to UPS and overnight it to me per my request. The encounter has ensured that whereever I travel in the future, the Hilton will always be my first choice for lodging. Thank you, Michael and staff!

At first, I was skeptical based on previous reviews. Our stay was not as horrible as others describe. Yes, it was not spotless and furnishings in the lobby were stained. Our room was clean and smelled clean. The coffee in the room had not been restocked but there is free coffee in the lobby. One elevator remains down. We had a great rate for the room but I wouldn’t pay more than $200. It is VERY convenient to the new West Monroe Sports Complex….can walk there. This was a plus since parking is limited at the complex.

I usually stay at the Hampton across the way, but this was cheaper and almost in policy for my travels. Hampton is much nicer, cleaner, not as old looking. This room was dirty, the shelf holding the hair dryer had months worth of dust. Found a number of pieces of trash in my room when I came in. The furniture was very worn and the footrest in my room looked like someone dumpster dived for it. They did do a cleaning every other day, but they shorted me towels the first time and didn't make my bed the second. I ate the breakfast my first day, got a bowl of oatmeal that was stone cold. Seemed like they were trying to do the minimum across the board.

Absolutely disgusting hotel. I stay in hotels 300+ nights per year and this was the nastiest hotel I’ve stayed in. The front desk staff was perfect, entrance was beautiful, but room was disgusting. Bathtub hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There was a small old bar of soap stuck in bottom of tub, along with dirt and what appeared to be dry urine. I will never stay here again.
