Please do get the lifts fixed asap - appreciate not fully within ones control but was a bit of a challenge having 2 out of 4 lifts not working; especially as a hotel that is not situated on the ground floor of the building.

Great apartment, great location, massive issue was only having 1 lift out of 4 running. Absolute nightmare, especially when you have to go up to level 2 to check in, then up again to your floor, took a long time

The toilet is not very sanitary and cannot get in water in the bathroom You have to use a floor mop to push the water back and it takes at least an hour to get the water. I stayed for two nights, but on the first night I found two towels that were quite dirty, so I called them. I asked for two relatively clean towels, but after waiting for 40 minutes, no one changed them, so I took them myself. The staff who answered the phone should have forgotten. Maybe they forgot all the guests' problems while chatting!

I am a regular customer of theirs because the price-performance ratio is very high and there are new surprises every time I come. Breakfast is similar to that in the UK.
