The Menjaga Bay Team makes every effort in the world to make your stay expentionel and absolutely great! On our trip, when the volcano exploded and air travel was interrupted, the staff went the extra mile and left no stone unturned in order to help us! Rooms are luxurious and spacy, the surrounding looks like you are in a different world and the food is amazing. If possible, i would give 10 starts!

Despite its recent establishment, it lacked clear and fundamental service and management skills - unfortunately! Despite its good location and the staffs best intentions to ensure good hospitality there where numerous mistakes made, which made our stay difficult, exhausting and overall more annoying than enjoyable. It included semi-fresh food, poor coordination of local diving experience, no pool service (drinks, towels, shower facility etc). Especially change of rooms underway turned out to be handled with a lot less efficiently and comfort as part of our stay, to say the least.

Un Service impeccable, du personnel extrêmement courtois et professionnel, la chambre sur pilotis vraiment confortable, un site de reve, des sorties en mer de plongee en apnee tres bien organisees, des soins en Spa de qualite, Un seul point d’amelioration: Espaces ombragés insuffisants. Quelle expérience ❤️ Sans doute la plus belle. Le lieu est niché à proximité de la mer et la montagne de façon discrète. L'établissement est fabuleux, du logement, au restaurant, jusqu'au service du SPA qui est incroyable. Nous avons bénéficié d'un service de grande qualité, que ce soit en matière de recommandation, de transport avec la navette gratuite, les activités dont certaines qui sont gratuites (de vrai économies), le petit déjeuner inclus également et qui est très généreux. Le logement est incroyable. Nous avons séjourné sur les berges avec vu sur la mer. Le temps s'arrête... Nous recommandons cet hébergement bien évidemment. Le calme, la sérénité et la gentillesse du personnel permet de qualifier cet établissement comme les plus beaux de Komodo .
