I came here 20 years ago and had my first ever pint of Tanglefoot. I returned today and enjoyed the same again! A lovely clean fresh beer, in a warm and welcoming environment with lovely friendly staff. My family and I had a meal and were impressed with the quality of the food - the pork special was gorgeous, as was the beef shin on the main menu. Top class establishment and will definitely be returning... hopefully in much less than another 20 years!

Nice Inn, Lovely location. Staff friendly enough, nice drinks, but food very disappointing. One item appalling to be honest - amazed anyone would send that from the kitchen, and then deliver it to a table without noticing how bad it was. Lodged a polite complaint and was offered it to be remade, but was so put off I said no thanks. Apology made by staff member, but surprised not to be offered a refund. Hope the complaint got back to kitchen because they need to up their game. Would not go back for food, but really enjoyed the Lulworth Lager.

We stayed at the Lulworth Cove Inn to celebrate my Wife's 60th and our 26th Wedding Anniversary. Our choice could not have been better, from the excellent communication pre visit to the very warm welcome, the beautiful room, very attentive staff and excellent food we had an amazing time and just sorry over so quickly. The team have got it spot on with good old fashioned service, great quality of food and accommodation and an amazing location. Well done and Thank you

Superb food, welcoming staff and we could take the dogs. Congratulations to the Chef - the food was amazing across every person and every dish. The staff were very welcoming. Family of four - 2 adults and 2 teenagers (late teens) and 2 dogs. I would highly recommend and look forward to going again.

Fantastic little place. We stayed at the beginning of August for a couple of nights. Rooms were clean and tidy, we all had a good nights sleep….so quiet and peaceful at night. All of the staff were fantastic, polite, helpful and courteous at all times. Food was good, lots of seafood options obviously, I love seafood but a member of a party doesn’t, so you might want to bear that in mind….you are visiting the coast and should expect it. Another note, Dorset is by far the friendliest place I have ever visited, everyone and I mean everyone smiled at us, wished good evening and good morning. Stunning place and I would love to go back one day.

We stayed here for one night. It was expensive but then the room had a view to die for. The staff were so friendly, smiley and helpful. The room was nicely presented, clean and the bed was comfortable albeit we personally found the duvet was far too heavy and hot for us (but that’s a personal choice). Parking was 2 minutes walk across the road in the large public car park *i strongly advised you to book your parking ticket separately through the Lulworth Estate parking website as it’s completely private and separate from the pub* The view of the sea was stunning and it’s just 2 minutes walk to the beach …fabulous. The all inclusive breakfast was generous although our fried egg mead a bit murdered !! Haha I guess maybe put under a hot lamp for too long. We also had an evening meal and the choice of food and the service were both really good. I would definitely highly recommend the Cove Inn and will definitely think of returning.

Negative reviews on this pub/hotel are a tad unfair in my experience, although I appreciate everyone's stay may differ. We found the staff freindly, the room very good and the breakfast which was included excellent!! The meals and drinks are overpriced, but that's a reoccuring theme everywhere at lulworth cove "tourist prices". Would I stay here again? Yep!

Whilst the staff were very pleasant, the food was a complete rip off. The children’s burger is £7.50 and adults burger was £18 but was the same as children’s burger just with an extra burger. I don’t feel we got what we paid for at all and just to drive the knife in even more, there was a 10% charge added onto our bill which I wasn’t aware was added on until I paid.i feel this is disrespectful to customers & they should tip at their own discretion. We would have tipped the staff as we always do wherever we go, however it left a bitter taste when I realised it had been done on our behalf. Disappointed to say the least and we won’t be returning.

Pleased to say that the food is spot on again .Having used This pub on many occasions over the years the standards did drop off .I am pleased to say that our experience this year has been much better the food is amazing .Probably the best fish and chips Iwe have enjoyed in a long time .
