We stayed here for a night as it is close to the airport. It’s definitely old, but the rooms where nice and spacious for a last night repack, shower and sleep. Comfy big and high bed off the floor. There’s a pool and a restaurant, but we just watched the sunset at the bar on the “beach”.

Not as expected, the pictures of the hotel doesn’t reflect the reality , the pool was dirty, we stayed for 4 nights . Apart from the staff to be friendly , they had no understanding on the menu , service or even mis en place . We ordered sea food but the fork and knives arrived after we finished our plates , the ketchup followed after that. The front office manager was very unpleasant and disrespectful… No manager on site during the evening and guests had to justify themselves . I think they require all training from head to toe . This hotel is absolutely beautiful and huge. I just spent a night here for the next day flight back to America. The staffs are so nice and friendly. Their services were beyond my expectation. The swimming pool is super clean. It is about 10 minutes to the airport and stonetown. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody who decides to visit Zanzibar for vacation or business.

The resort is welcoming and the staff very knowledgeable, however I would only recommend this location for short periods given the proximity to the airport and the starting point for visiting Nakupenda. In fact, the beach in front is not suitable for swimming and the swimming pool can be very chaotic as it is also open to external users

This resort is beautiful to say the very least! The rooms are also wow for me, I love how big and high the bed is, and that the room is furnished with not only the tv, the fan, air conditioning, but also extra furniture. I love that the sitting area in the room is positioned directly below the fan, helps a lot with the heat . I would say that’s my favorite part of the room. I love the antics / artwork in the room , giving royal-like touch. The dresser and the wardrobe area, and the two big mirrors on the wall. For a beauty conscious girl, I love me these mirrors for my outfit checks . I really love everything about the rooms. The sceneries outside are also to die for , from the sea view right outside my room door , to the balcony sitting area, the ever green walkways, a giant beautiful pool area , and a welcoming entrance ( see pictures)

We felt at home. We had a late flight from dar es Salaam and arrived in Zanzibar at 3:00 am. The team on the ground was still up and waiting for us. They took good care of us, enjoyed the amenities there like the swimming pool, Breakfast was on point, and most importantly the location was cool. We recommend it for anyone heading to the Island. It was a perfect start for our honeymoon. Lukas, and Happy,... were very helpful and fun to be with.

Exceptional,the service was amazing, we were welcomed so nicely,the rooms were spacious and the beach was amazing.honetly I would recommend it if you want somewhere to relax and bond with friends and family this is the place.
