The service attitude is not good 👎The lobby is small, the room is OK, the breakfast is OK but very expensive, I will not come next time, once is enough

The room is very different from the pictures on the website. The pictures on the website are not real pictures and the room is very small. When I checked in at the front desk, a room was not available until 4 o'clock. It was recommended to upgrade the room for an extra fee. Normally, the room should be given at 2 o'clock. Because I was tired from the long distance, I was not willing to wait for the extra fee to change rooms!
They did not proactively provide the bill when checking out, and did not allow confirmation. After asking for a printout, they discovered that they had been charged a parking fee, and there was no car at all! After questioning, the fee will be refunded after confirmation of reply. There are other miscellaneous charges, so I won’t go into details about various taxes!
The overall standard of the hotel is no more than 4 stars, and there is nothing superior except for its location on Sunset Boulevard!

This boutique hotel has a wonderful style. The bed is amazing, there are more than enough towels in your room and the Wolfgang Puck restaurant provides delicious food. The part that makes this hotel one to stay at is - when there is an issue, the staff addresses it and corrects it. We had two issues, neither major and both times the staff worked to clear it all up. Tiffany at the front desk was informative and professional when there was a room issue and they were booked. Paige in dining up in the restaurant was concerned and focused on making our dining experience pleasant when there was an issue with our meal. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in LA because the professional staff is awesome.

We went for a quick girls trip and the Pendry was a great placebo stay. Doug at the front desk was fabulous and took great care of us. We had an awesome upgrade thanks to my Platinum Amex. Coffee in the lobby and plentiful water bottles is a nice perk that you see less and less at hotels. Location is fabulous and close to everything we needed. Only area that could use a little improvement was the valet, but honestly you don't even need a car when staying there. We are planning an annual trip hear.

Loved this hotel,stayed recently with my daughter. Our room and bathroom were lovely , very comfortable and super clean. Pool area on top was wonderful ,the view of Holywood was phenomenal.Food and drinks up there also excellent .The guy on reception was great , very knowledgeable about the area ( I should have got his name ) ,he even gave me a lovely little seal ,as it was my birthday ! He is a real asset to the hotel . They have an adorable champagne vending machine which I’ve never seen at a hotel before and even if you don’t use it ,it’s great for photos . We had a great time and would definitely recommend it.

Struttura molto elegante dai toni un po’ liberty. Ho soggiornato 2notti. Al decimo piano ,stanza molto grande e confortevole di tutto . Il ristorante si trova sul roof top dove c’è anche una graziosa piscina a disposizione degli ospiti. A pochi passi dalla Sunset *****. A circa 30min dall’aeroporto di LAX
