Awesome service. Clean, quite, easy to get to hotel. Great verity of breakfast choices.

Called before arrival to inquire about the types of coffee makers in the rooms and Cameron went out of his way to help me. While at the property, Lamont was super helpful and loaned us a wine opener. Our room was spacious and super clean and a great location. Thank you.

This hotel should have received a 5 star rating. It is a new hotel. The room was big. The bed was comfortable as was the pillow. I managed to sleep well. The location is good. It has been quiet at night and West Allis seems to me like a good suburb of Milwaukee. Unfortunately, some things went wrong, which shouldn't have: 1) The Shampoo bottle was empty when I entered the room. When I showered, I managed to squeeze just a bit to wash my hair, but that was it. 2) The room I got (I asked for a room facing the back and perhaps this was the only choice at the time of my check in) was on the first floor, behind the outdoors barbecue area. On my second night, some guests used barbecue oven in the back, and the stench got to my room. On that, I would have given the hotel a lower score hasn't it been for the people at the reception who gave me a good service. When I complained on the empty shampoo bottle, I got a new bottle delivered to my room. I especially want to commend Lamont, who worked in the evenings which helped me with several things, including how to mitigate the barbecue smell problem. A tip - Avoid room 109 if you want to refrain from smelling the smoke of the barbecue oven.

The hotel was spotless. The rooms were spacious and contained several extra nice touches. the bed was comfy and the air conditioning worked great. A couple of odd things such as. the front door being locked after 6 pm, made arriving at 8 pm a bit difficult for us. One staff member was extremely rude and needs training from management in customer service. I would not allow this one person to dissuade me from returning. Overall a great stay.

My husband was at Froedert Hospital for a kidney transplant when I found this very clean and comfortable hotel. Wonderful facility for extended stay, nicely appointed room, laundry facilities, great breakfast, nice outdoor areas and very helpful staff. Clean rooms. The manager Stacey was SUPER.

Super clean, nice, and new hotel with a very spacious room (king studio). Much nicer than I was expecting. I came here to attend the Mets/Brewers playoff series so that I didn't have to commute from downtown to the games. I was able to work effectively during the day (the movable desk was a huge plus), and I slept very well at night. Would definitely stay here again.

Love the Home 2 brand, functional set up of the rooms, clean and comfortable with everything I need! All the staff was friendly and helpful, especially Mark at the front desk in the evening, gave me great advice to enjoy discovering Milwaukee: visiting McKinley Marina walking along the lake, dinner at Public Market at St Paul’s fish Camp, finding the Bronze Fonz on the riverwalk! Such a great experience!
