Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Nettes Personal , Frühstück sehr gut, Zimmer sehr ruhig dadurch angenehmes Schlafen. Schade nur , daß der Fernseher einfach zu klein ist. Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder und empfehlen unsere schöne Unterkunft weiter.

Zimmer wurde unkompliziert früher zur Verfügung gestellt, da wir 15.00 Uhr bereits Wellnessanwendung hatten. Zimmer gross und gemütlich. Alles vorhanden. Gemütliches Ambiente. Frühstück alles frisch und vorhanden. Parkplatz sogar nachdem auschecken noch bis 15.00 Uhr nutzbar

Das Hotel setzt auf Charme in der Ausstattung. Sehr zentral in der Altstadt gelegen, fußläufig alles in der Altstadt erreichbar (wenn man noch gut zu Fuß ist). Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichlich, da findet wirklich jede/r etwas. Die Massagen sind wirklich sehr zu empfehlen! Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist gut, wenngleich im „alten Stil“ gehalten, jedoch alles picobello sauber!

Wir waren nicht das erste mal in Ihrem Haus und sind immer wieder begeistert. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück ist mehr als ausreichend. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Bad ebenfalls. Schön ist es auch, dass man das Parkhaus direkt neben an hat und es gleich mitbuchen kann.

Der Wellness Bereich war einfach traumhaft schön. Das Zimmer und auch das gesamte Hotel waren sauber und toll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück hatte alles was man braucht. Herzlichen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt! Ich werde das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen und auch gerne nochmals selbst buchen :-)

Speiseauswahl eigenwillig, Abwechslung fehlt, Ähnlich der Karte des vorigen Jahres. Frühstück ist gut. Atmosphäre in der Bar ist sehr gut. Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Beleuchtung im Zimmer könnte modernisiert werden. Mehr fällt uns nicht ein.

Man fühlt sich als Gast einfach nur willkommen. Gute Zimmer, Betten bequem, alles sauber. Im Restaurant, an der Bar und Rezeption: freundliche Gesichter beim Personal, immer ein Lächeln, stetes Bemühen alles zur Zufriedenheit zu erledigen. Gebuchte Halbpension mit 3-Gänge-Menü am Abend: 1a!!! Frühstücksbüffet: 1a!!! Das Haus ist einfach nur guten Gewissens weiterzuempfehlen.

Das Frühstücksbüffet und das Abendessen ist ausgezeichnet. Das Personal im Restaurant sehr nett. Was wir von anderen Travel Charme Hotels anders gewohnt sind ist folgendes: Das Zimmer wird nur noch jeden 2Tag gereinigt. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und wurden jeden Abend an einem anderen Tisch platziert, zum Teil hat es lange gedauert bis das Essen kam. Wir mussten das Zimmer während unserem Aufenthalt wechseln. Das Gepäck konnten wir an der Rezeption unterstellen, es hat uns jedoch niemand angeboten uns zu helfen, geschweige denn nur schon gefragt.
