This hotel was amazing. The staff there are simply the best and very accommodating to my requests while there. I had my laundry done and forgot to mention I need extra soap since they were gym clothes 😬. So they gave me a hand written letter and a stuffed animal as an apology even though it was my fault for not mentioning it. They have a solid breakfast, and it’s close to a lot of great restaurants (I recommend 最爱妈妈菜). Will definitely be staying here again!

Very good experience with a really good service. At the front desk they were very kind and received us with water and taking care of our luggage. Then one of the workers helped us to bring it to the room and made sure we understood all the amenities and made sure everything was correct.
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and amenities were great.

I had wonderful experience in this hotel. Staff was polite and service was amazing , nothing to complain about. I stayed for 3 days , I got apples from them every afternoon and my fridge had some free snacks and drinks as well. Room was clean and tidy and what I enjoyed the most is a huge window view from my room where I had peace to do my own things on the computer. I guess the only inconvinient things for someone can be the distance from downtown but it isn't so far , only 10-15 min in a taxi to reach downtown. I believe you will enjoy here.

Because the hotel is in the old city, it doesn't look like much from the outside, but the hotel actually provides many services and facilities. Fruit, roasted sweet potato snacks, and various other items are all self-service at the front desk. good. Will consider it next time

This hotel has excellent location in the middle of Wuma historical quarter, but because our room faces the backstreet it's not noisy at night. Due to its location, there are plenty of restaurants, shops and activities around. At peak hours, it might be difficult drive in that area. The room was well-equipped, there was even a massage chair. The hotel staff were trying their best to provide good service. Snacks (even icecreams) were free, unlimited supply of bottled water, the breakfast was quite good even with some local specialties.

The room is spacious, tidy and clean. The breakfast in the hotel is rich and the prawns are fresh. There are also snacks for lunch. It’s nice to have snacks when you get tired from shopping at noon. The location of the hotel is very good. Wuma Street is not far away, so it’s nearby. There is also a large farmer's market with low prices and local fireworks. The hotel front desk is very welcoming. Our red-eye flight check-in time was very late, and the front desk completed the check-in quickly. When we left, he walked us to the door and helped us carry our luggage to the car. By the way, the hotel’s free roasted sweet potatoes are particularly fragrant and delicious. I will choose to stay there next time. I highly recommend this place.

It’s a good price for a quick in and out especially for short engagements. We were there for a busy weekend and it was nice to come back and sink into their beds. They are clean with all amenities. The building is under construction so the elevator was quite sandy. Breakfast was okay with variety. The staff, very courteous. In short we enjoyed our stay. I don’t know how it would feel if you are planning a staycation. Oh and we were given evening fruits which was pleasant though unexpected.

SScherer I’ve been to Yueqing several times and I can say this is the best hotel I stayed in so far. The hotel facilities are quite modern. The service is very good, the staff is very kind and always willing to help. The room is great!! Everything you need will be there at some spot. I got a welcome letter hand signed by the manager and some fruits and snacks, which was nice! The breakfast is full of options, with several types of bread. Western and Chinese breakfast style. To be perfect, ham and cheese slices could be added to the breakfast buffet. The location is not bad, there are some restaurants and stores in an open mall around 10 min walking distance. But it’s a bit far from the downtown main area, about 10 min by taxi. There is a canal beside the hotel, which is great for a stroll. Definitely, I will stay there again in my next trip to Yueqing!

GGuest UserEverything was amazing, but our room had tabaco smell... in China even thought you have the non smoking signage, people will not follow. The Chinese breakfast was also lovely and I want to say that the interior design of the hotel was great, the furniture has a very tasteful interior.

2. In dining area, no coffee machine. Only hot water, need to be mixed with premix coffee powder.
3. In room toilet, there is no hand wash liquid.
4. In room refreshments, there is no coffee powder. Only Chinese tea.

A. I could see a pencil branded with Wyndham Wenzhou.
B. I could see rewards club page ”Jin jiang Club” But, while scanning the QR code, it shows account blocked.
C. I could see room delivery and room order link goes to ” Vienna International Hotel”
Have I stayed in which hotel? Libai Hotel - Park inn by Radisson or Wyndham Wenzhou or Vienna International Hotel or Jin Jiang Club Hotels???

6. Check-in was very pleasant. Front desk receptionist did her job well. She could understand English and respond back properly. Very good.
7. Check-out was terrible. I have requested for invoice if it is not from TRIP.COM. But, too much confusions. Are china have 2 invoice types? One is General and another one is Special? Foreigners are not going to claim for tax credit in foreign countries with Chinese tax invoice. Generally, invoice is required to submit as a proof of stay and get reimbursement accordingly. Kind of receipt or invoice with Guest Name, Room Charges, Check-in and Check-out dates are enough with hotel Stamp/Seal. Or hotel can say to contact the travel agent of TRIP.COM for invoice.

GGuest UserWe were there for three nights. It’s very convenient from Wenzhou south railway station. There is a walking bridge connecting the hotel, about 600 meters away, which avoids all traffics. Room is clean with friendly services. Breakfast is good, which is sharing with the luxurious Barony hotel guests. The only thing needs to be considered is the distance to center of Wenzhou if you have lots of tasks in the city. However, taxi or online reservation is convenient nowadays.

The room was very clean, the cleaning was very meticulous, and the corners were clean. The towels and bath towels are also very soft and comfortable. The bed is also very soft and it is very safe to fall asleep. The environment is very good, quiet, both sides are communities, super quiet. I went to breakfast in the morning and the taste was very good. Auntie recommended this bowl of noodles at home and helped cook noodles. I was very satisfied. Overall 5 stars, very satisfied with a stay experience, recommended

GGuest UserI feel like I have found a treasure. The hotel is quiet and comfortable. It is right next to the Nantang scenic area and it is also convenient to eat around. The room is fully equipped and clean. They even provide laundry detergent, which is very considerate. The breakfast is a set meal, but there are many choices. If you eat glutinous rice here, you don't have to go out to find it. Full marks. I will choose this place next time I come to Wenzhou. I have recommended it to my friends~

The bookshelves in the reception hall are well-stocked, with unique local art and cultural books. The bird's nest lighting at the bar is stylish.
The beautiful housekeeper at the front desk is gentle and considerate. She helped me drag the box from the parking lot to the hotel room. Thank you very much!

I haven’t tried many supporting facilities yet. The breakfast is rich and the lobby bar also prepares toast. Sweet potatoes and warm mineral water, thumbs up!

We booked a table for 2 and ordered salad and came with bacon then they replaced the salad for a salad without bacon but arrive WITH BACON bits.... i don't eat pork and they deliberately send one with bacon again.
Burger was really small which a 3 years old kids will finish 3 of these Burgers!.
On the breakfast there was no labels on the food so you don't know what you eating and u have just to leave upset with no eating g anything I paid for!

Been told swimming pool and jym available 24/7. Went to the swimming pool at 10.30 they said is closed. Not just that they said is close for tomorrow too.
Very unhappy with the 5 stars hotel they don't provide 5 stars service!
