1. In dining food fruits area, there are flies. I haven't taste any cut fruits.
2. In dining area, no coffee machine. Only hot water, need to be mixed with premix coffee powder.
3. In room toilet, there is no hand wash liquid.
4. In room refreshments, there is no coffee powder. Only Chinese tea.

A. I could see a pencil branded with Wyndham Wenzhou.
B. I could see rewards club page ”Jin jiang Club” But, while scanning the QR code, it shows account blocked.
C. I could see room delivery and room order link goes to ” Vienna International Hotel”
Have I stayed in which hotel? Libai Hotel - Park inn by Radisson or Wyndham Wenzhou or Vienna International Hotel or Jin Jiang Club Hotels???

6. Check-in was very pleasant. Front desk receptionist did her job well. She could understand English and respond back properly. Very good.
7. Check-out was terrible. I have requested for invoice if it is not from TRIP.COM. But, too much confusions. Are china have 2 invoice types? One is General and another one is Special? Foreigners are not going to claim for tax credit in foreign countries with Chinese tax invoice. Generally, invoice is required to submit as a proof of stay and get reimbursement accordingly. Kind of receipt or invoice with Guest Name, Room Charges, Check-in and Check-out dates are enough with hotel Stamp/Seal. Or hotel can say to contact the travel agent of TRIP.COM for invoice.

Service: Checked in early in the morning, and the order showed that diamond members have room upgrade rights. The front desk was impatient and said that the executive double room booked was already the highest level and could not be upgraded. The order clearly stated room upgrade! Since it was too late and I didn’t want to say more, I agreed not to upgrade my room and stated that I would confirm with Ctrip later what happened. Then the front desk's attitude changed again... and they were promoted again!
Hygiene: The carpet is very dirty. The soles of the children's feet are black when they run around barefoot, and the stains on the carpet are obvious.
Advantages: The transportation is convenient. It takes ten minutes to get there from the expressway. I was planning to stay overnight. The breakfast is small and complete, and there is hot soup noodles.
It is recommended to strengthen staff training. The battle due to check-in issues in the middle of the night is really terrible.

I chose this hotel after a long time. It is very close to the airport and can be reached by taxi. Time is not tight. The hotel is an independent courtyard, very stylish and well decorated. Stayed in this hotel sure to it's proximity to the airport. We had very late flight and they have wechat account that we can reached out to to get shuttle from airport to the hotel.
The issue is that the bathroom smells and the exhaust seems to connect with other rooms. When the other room smokes, we also smell cigarettes smoke. This hotel send to be well designed but definitely has seen it's better days.

This hotel was amazing. The staff there are simply the best and very accommodating to my requests while there. I had my laundry done and forgot to mention I need extra soap since they were gym clothes 😬. So they gave me a hand written letter and a stuffed animal as an apology even though it was my fault for not mentioning it. They have a solid breakfast, and it’s close to a lot of great restaurants (I recommend 最爱妈妈菜). Will definitely be staying here again!

[Environment] The newly renovated environment is quite good, the lobby is bright, the room is clean and tidy, and the space is enough.

We booked a table for 2 and ordered salad and came with bacon then they replaced the salad for a salad without bacon but arrive WITH BACON bits.... i don't eat pork and they deliberately send one with bacon again.
Burger was really small which a 3 years old kids will finish 3 of these Burgers!.
On the breakfast there was no labels on the food so you don't know what you eating and u have just to leave upset with no eating g anything I paid for!

Been told swimming pool and jym available 24/7. Went to the swimming pool at 10.30 they said is closed. Not just that they said is close for tomorrow too.

Staying at Wenzhou Ouqilai Hotel, I thought the front desk staff was very warm, the parking had its own underground parking lot, the room was quite big, it looked good, but it was uncomfortable to sleep at night, the bathroom smelled bad, even with the bedroom. It smelled bad, It is estimated that it came out of the floor drain, and the impact was not rested all night. I hope the hotel will improve it.

GGuest UserAbsolutely amazing. Immediately upon arrival, we were greeted by two very welcoming front desk staff. They assisted with our luggage and showed us to our room. The room itself is clean and spacious and it was well cleaned every single day. The amenities for this hotel far exceeded our expectations -- in room massage chair, mini bar, laundry room, breakfast and snacks, fitness room, and much more. There are sweet potatoes, drinks and snacks, and small items such as Q tips, makeup remover wipes, band aids, etc. all readily available on the first floor should you need them. There are 3 washers and 3 dryers and on most days I found them to be occupied, but not to worry, someone from the staff will do your laundry for you if you let them know. Your clothing will be folded and left in your room once finished.
We stayed for over 2 weeks and have not had a single issue. The location is super convenient with food, shopping, and taxis all around. Every single staff member we encountered were so pleasant and helpful. Whatever you need is just a call or a text message away. The only thing we needed was our own travel adapter. Needless to say, this hotel fully deserves 5 stars and we look forward to coming back.

SScherer I’ve been to Yueqing several times and I can say this is the best hotel I stayed in so far. The hotel facilities are quite modern. The service is very good, the staff is very kind and always willing to help. The room is great!! Everything you need will be there at some spot. I got a welcome letter hand signed by the manager and some fruits and snacks, which was nice! The breakfast is full of options, with several types of bread. Western and Chinese breakfast style. To be perfect, ham and cheese slices could be added to the breakfast buffet. The location is not bad, there are some restaurants and stores in an open mall around 10 min walking distance. But it’s a bit far from the downtown main area, about 10 min by taxi. There is a canal beside the hotel, which is great for a stroll. Definitely, I will stay there again in my next trip to Yueqing!

Based on this, I booked a room before getting on the bus at Wenling South Station. I took the scenic area bus and arrived at the homestay in one stop. As soon as I got off the bus, I saw the proprietress standing at the door of the homestay. I went to the room after checking in. It was indeed clean and refreshing. When I came back from playing in the evening, I drank tea and chatted with the boss and his wife in the lobby. It was really relaxing and comfortable, just like being at home.

GGuest UserSpeaking of the trip, the high speed on Cangnan started directly, and the high speed near the destination was driven to the left by the river. The scenery on the streamside is beautiful, and the water is really clear and beautiful. In order to enjoy the scenery, the road along the streamside has been open and stopped to take pictures. Here said that the high speed to the left about 20 minutes to the Changshouhua Inn, the location is called Yanshang Village, the new countryside construction of the whole village is clean and tidy, the villagers cultural and entertainment is rich and colorful, the folk customs are simple! At the first glance, arriving at Changshouhua Inn is an extra large kiwi fruit, green plants, succulent, horn flower, rose in front of the door (Boss Zhou cultivates the body 👍). There is a flower corridor on the right side of the inn, and there is a small pool behind it. The pool water is cold and refreshing! The key point is that the trip to go catches up with the Mid-Autumn Festival and the arrival time coincides with dinner. The boss of the Mid-Autumn Festival Zhou’s gentleman made a table of rich dinner. I am especially grateful that the innkeeper kindly invited me to have a reunion dinner with the boss’s family (in fact, I am a little embarrassed, But it will be my memory of my life. The grandmother of the innkeeper's family still talks about laughing and cheerful personality, is longevity flower named for it? Dinner in the boss's hospitality, home-brew rice wine, eating good rice day is still early to go alone to the riverside park (walk 100 meters). The female owner of the inn, surnamed Zhou in her 30s, is a college student and English teacher, perhaps the advantage of English boss reception crooked friends in a particularly large number. Because he likes quietness, the innkeeper abandons the prosperous life in the city and goes back to the country to live the flat days he wants, so-called pursuit of the ideal in his heart! 👍👍
Talk about the inn: Each decoration style is different in color, the boss is extremely very careful and thoughtful, the most happy is that the inn hangs the air conditioner outside to the top floor for the passengers to be quiet and comfortable, the room is really quiet, so intimate 😘😘😘! GGuest UserWe were there for three nights. It’s very convenient from Wenzhou south railway station. There is a walking bridge connecting the hotel, about 600 meters away, which avoids all traffics. Room is clean with friendly services. Breakfast is good, which is sharing with the luxurious Barony hotel guests. The only thing needs to be considered is the distance to center of Wenzhou if you have lots of tasks in the city. However, taxi or online reservation is convenient nowadays.

ZzimaarttThe general decor of the hotel and the rooms is nice and refreshing. Quite modern, has style.
The room was clean.
The water pressure in the shower is great. The shower and the toilet are separated, which is very comfortable.
The bed was super large and comfy. And the blankets were just superb, as they are temperature conserving, though thin and light.
The only little complaint I would have is that the walls are paper thin, and if you have noisy neighbours you hear every single sound they make. And some neighbours can be annoyingly noisy sometimes. But it wasn't a very big problem.
The staff is helpful and sweet, very respectful.
The breakfast is mainly chinese, with a wide variety of foods. Great coffee. And they have a good window for breakfast, 7-10 am, which makes it convenient for those, who want to sleep in a bit.
Overall we were very satisfied with the whole stay.

The hotel is in the most core part of Yandang Mountain Scenic Area.  Travel, transportation and dining are very convenient. 4. There are many homestays in this area, which is really easy to pick and choose.  This hotel hardware is more prominent.  5. The bathroom is really separated from wet and dry,  and the closed quality is very good...
