Needed last-minute lodging when our family reunion trip was halted by a vehicle engine failure. This hotel is very well-run, & maintained very well. Guest rooms are very clean & well equipped. THANK YOU! Manager DiLishia is super, attentive to guests needs, and very professional. Lobby and dining area are very clean—remarkable with so many kids during a local weekend of softball & baseball tournament guests. Breakfast in this 4-story facility is great—Breakfast cook Rachel obviously loves her work & takes pride in offering a tasty variety of eggs, sausage, bacon, yoghurts, cereals, toast-ables, etc. Marriott brand is always my go-to, and this place exemplifies the “why.”

This hotel is reasonable and sufficient but feels in need of an update. There is plenty of parking and it is located in an area with plenty of chain restaurants/gas stations/stores. Easy to find the hotel. No safety concerns. Front desk staff were fine. We didn't stop for breakfast other than coffee but there appears to be all that you would expect from a US chain hotel breakfast. Rooms just feel worn out and old. No strange odors or stains but the carpet felt dirty and worn out. Bed felt like it has seen some better days. Sheets were clean and fresh. Towels were for the most part clean and fresh but there was one or two towels that had some yucky stains. The elevator sounds like it's on it's last legs and struggles to get up and down. All in all, this hotel is more than sufficient and a more than fine place to stay. Just not the most luxurious or lavish hotel.

Visited this place with my wife and daughter and her fiancé and his parents to book a block of rooms for the upcoming wedding. An employee showed us around the first floor and then took us up to the 4th floor. On the way up she said to be very still as this elevator had recently gotten stuck between floors. On the 4th floor she showed us the different types of rooms then ushered us back into the same elevator. As the doors were closing she bolted out and said she was taking the other elevator down. Our elevator stopped after passing the 3rd floor. We called for help using the call buttoned and were told a technician would be dispatched with no idea when they would arrive, We called the main desk and were hung up on! We called 911 and got the fire department to dispatch. Then a voice came down the shaft asking how many people were in the car. We replied that there were 6. We were then informed that there was a sign on the 3rd floor clearly stating that no more than 4 people should use this elevator! At this point my daughter, who suffers from claustrophobia, lost it and screamed that there was nothing on the 4th floor or the ground floor stating this and an employee put us in this elevator and what are you doing to help us? No reply. Eventually the fire department showed up and opened the doors and helped us through the very small opening to the 3rd floor. On the ground floor we received no apologies. I highly recommend you find another hotel. One that takes the safety of its guests seriously.

We stopped here on our way home on August… 11 We reserved a double queen with a pull out couch When we got to the room, we noticed the couch was absolutely filthy with what appeared to be black mold, or black stain of some type on it When we pulled out the sofa bed, the whole side of the mattress was ripped out and the springs were hanging out. The top of the mattress was absolutely filthy. When I spoke to the front desk, she simply said oh thanks for letting us know As I remained in the lobby, I noticed a man who was visibly upset, talking to the manager, and as I listened to the conversation, his room 228 was covered in bed bugs The manager did not seem surprised Stay away

My husband frequently stays at this hotel for business. His phone was dead, it was in the evening, and I needed to reach him regarding a medical emergency. I called the front desk and asked for them to ring my husband's room. Angie answered the phone and refused to put me through to my husband. She said I needed his room number first. I explained that I wasn't asking her to tell me his room number, which would be a breach of security, I was simply asking her to buzz his room, yet she still refused. I asked to speak to the manager, and she told me she was the manager on duty. I asked nicely over and over, begging her to let me speak to my husband due to an emergency and she refused, her voice filled with glee from what I can surmise to be a power trip. I became angry and told her that she was being unreasonable and going against policy that had previously been followed. I called 2 times to no avail. Finally 30 minutes later, with the crisis still at hand, I called the police for help. While on the phone with the police, I was able to find his room number, so I hung up from them and called the room. I was placed on an extensive hold (I was not previously), and when Angie came back to the phone, I gave her the room number. There was no apology, no concern for our family crisis. Nothing. I asked for her name & job title and she shared that she would not give anything other than her first name, and she was a front desk agent, which meant that she lied when she said she was the manager. Further, if she truly was forbidden from calling his room, then a humane response would have been for her to call his room after hanging up from me and asking him to call his wife due to a medical emergency. It's not that hard to have a soul. In the end, I was so grateful to hear my husband's voice, and so incredibly shocked at the lack of humanity demonstrated by this person who by no means should be working in the public and attempting to provide customer service. What a stain on a hotel that usually provides stellar service!

This is a wonderful hotel with fantastic guest services, comfortable beds and beautiful interiors. The breakfast was great. If you'd like to escape traffic, bike or jog along Bear Creek Road for nice change of scenery.

I thought by getting outside of scuzzy St. Louis before I stopped driving for the night that I was good to go… mistake! The staff was nice, but it was $254 for a night in nowhere Missouri!!! I could stay in a nice hotel in a nice city for that much!!! There was pink mold in the bathroom and stuff on the floor on the side of the bed ( so they obviously did not vacuum). The bed was comfortable though.

I was here for Women cricket tournament, it is great location, nice and clean with great staff, nice breakfast, nearby restaurants and other useful store. Room size is good, clean and tidy well done staff
