"The environment is absolutely lovely, with a classic Chinese style. It's located right within the ancient town, making it super convenient for sightseeing. They also offer a shuttle service to and from the station, which is a really thoughtful touch. We finished our visit to Weibao Mountain pretty quickly, so we spent a good amount of time relaxing at the hotel. They provided free tea and there were books to read, making for a very comfortable stay."

"Staying at Chenli Chengwai, next to Gongchen Tower in Weishan Ancient City, was truly therapeutic! The old courtyard was quiet and elegant, the tea table was perfect for sunbathing, and the rooms were clean, tidy, and fully equipped, making for a warm and reassuring stay. The owner was warm and attentive, treating us like family. The ancient city and delicious food are all within walking distance. This trip was made perfect by this guesthouse – a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommended, I'll definitely stay again!"

"First, the room was spotless and hygienic. The bedding was spotless and like new. The bathroom was also very clean, especially the face towels, which were excellent. The spacious terrace was bright and clean. The lobby and common areas on the first floor were equally clean and tidy. The rooftop terrace offered panoramic views of the mountains and the ancient city. Second, the location was excellent. It's very close to the ancient city, with a short alley leading directly to it. It's also very close to the high-speed rail station and bus station, just a few minutes' ride away for 2 yuan. Zhu Ji Yi Gen Mian (a famous noodle shop) is nearby, in a corner of Wenxian Square. There's also a large banyan tree nearby. Third, it's a smart hotel. Everything is handled by Xiaodu (a smart speaker), even for children. The spacious terrace is a favorite with kids. Leaning back against the cushions, snacking on sunflower seeds, chatting, and basking in the sun, half a day can easily pass by. Fourth, the receptionist was beautiful and kind—the boss deserves a bonus! It was a bit chilly when we checked in, and the staff member, seeing that I had elderly relatives and children with me, kindly offered to add an extra blanket for us. It was so warm and cozy, and the children slept soundly. We were extremely grateful. After exploring the old town in the evening, we brought some food for my mother in the room. She wasn't used to eating in the room, so the staff member invited us to dine in the restaurant on the first floor, which was very pleasant."

"I highly recommend the 7 Days Inn Weishan! The experience was fantastic! The hotel is bright and airy, and the staff are attentive and friendly. Traveling alone, I felt especially safe and secure there. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, making my stay a truly pleasant experience. Free parking is available, saving you time and money. The rooms are fully equipped with smart features, including automatic curtains and convenient smart devices. Each room has a full-length mirror, and the bathroom is clean and tidy with a separate shower and toilet. Overall, the comfort level was excellent, and the value for money is incredible. It's the perfect choice for your travels!"
Jinshun Tianhua Hotel Weishan Ancient City High-speed Railway Station ★★★
"The bathroom was a bit cramped. We arrived at 4:30 PM, and the duvet cover hadn't even been put on yet. On the plus side, it was clean, which at least showed they diligently change and wash the duvet covers and sheets. The hotel has a parking lot, but it was quite full due to the number of guests. Luckily, we still found an empty spot when we arrived. It's also close to the Old Town; we just walked to Sifang Street and then turned the corner into the Old Town, which was very convenient."
DaLi Plum Tree Homestay ★★
"I would like to call it the most cost-effective homestay. It is next to the Nanxun Museum of the ancient city. There is a bus stop when you go out. It is also very convenient to walk to the big and small temples. It is a five-minute walk to the Nancheng Vegetable Market (personal favorite Lushan Vegetable Market). There are delicious handmade old fried dough sticks at the door. Yongjian roasted bamboo shoots, stewed meat rice noodles, etc., sleeping very quietly at night, there is almost no sound (in the city, I am used to hearing people walking, vehicle horns) really haven't slept in such a quiet place for a long time. The small courtyard is also very beautiful and clean. You can sit in the yard for a long time. There is a kitchen where you can cook by yourself. The owner of the hotel is very good. You must answer all questions and will not disturb the guests. (One night, the shoes were soaked in the rain. The next morning, Xiaowu helped me dry. Or another guest at the hotel told me, so touched)"

"A very warm welcome and a great location! The room is lovely, but the amenities (especially the bathroom) are a bit dated; for example, the shower leaks a little. These are minor flaws in an otherwise very pleasant experience!"

"The receptionist at this guesthouse was incredibly helpful, recommending local snacks – so thoughtful! The environment is beautiful, with a strong ethnic flavor and a scholarly atmosphere. The beds in the room were very comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water. The windows were very soundproof, making it very quiet, and the fully automated voice control system was fantastic. Parking was right outside, making it great value for money. I'll definitely come back! Highly recommended!!!"

It looks even better in real life! Many shops, restaurants and cafes nearby and the hotel is close to all attractions. I loved it andwould definitely stay here again!"
