I don't understand one thing. Since I understand the 9:36 card when I check in, why is it not calculated according to the actual check-in time when I check out? After more than 20 minutes, I will settle the late check-out fee according to the extra hour? And there was no advance notification when I checked in? The short message I received was to check in at 10 o'clock and check out at 14 o'clock. Even if I checked in at 9:36, I arrived at the front desk at 14:0 and told me to pay an hour's late check-out fee. Can your hotel at this price balance the relationship between account calculation and service?

The hotel is good overall, the room environment is good, and it is very convenient for a family of three to stay. Children need to pay half price for breakfast, which is rare in other hotels. Parking is very convenient, the parking lot at the door is large enough, and there are not many people. There are too few power sockets in the room, which is a bit inconvenient, but everything else is OK.
