Op de dag van aankomst was het restaurant gesloten voor hotelgasten. Ook een biertje bestellen was niet mogelijk. Dit omdat er een bruiloftsfeest was. Dat duurde tot 01:30 uur en werd buiten gevierd onder "mijn" raam. Een bak herrie en gebral. Op zondag begon de afzuiging van de keuken om 07:10 uur te draaien. Deze stond natuurlijk ook voor mijn raam. (De volgende twee dagen al om 06:10 uur.) Vanwege deze wanprestatie wilde ik het hotel verlaten maar het personeel heeft geen bevoegdheden en "de chef" heb ik tijdens mijn verblijf ondanks toezeggingen niet kunnen spreken. Op mailberichten werd niet gereageerd. Dus volledig tegen mijn zin de 3 nachten maar volgemaakt. Los van het niet verlenen van de overeengekomen diensten is het hotel wat uitgewoond. Voorbeeld: een wc-deksel waarvan de lak is verdwenen is uit het oogpunt van hygiëne onacceptabel. Over de stank in het trappenhuis is al eerder gerapporteerd.

There were very few vistors in the Hotel and because of this (very little use of water ) the water didn´t get warm for the shower

When you book the “comfort apartment”that sleeps 5 you realize when you check in that there is only 1 bedroom with not a king size bed but a queen, the other beds are the couch in the living room and 2 roll out cots that have to go in the living room or kitchen too - very uncomfortable. No black out drapes like advertised. In fact some of the windows don’t even have any kind of covering and are cracked. The carpets are stained, the kitchen has no dishes or cutlery, the view of the river is actually garbage littered train tracks and you can hear trains below your windows starting early in the morning. The shower is very small and the shower head keeps falling down. We were not impressed.
