Nicely updated hotel, with easy check in. Chosen on the fly while on a road trip. I would have given it five stars, but did find a dead cockroach and a dead beetle in the room this morning, along with hair on the shower wall. I am also not a fan of the shower design, with no easy place to hang a washcloth or towel while showering. Hot breakfast was well done, but of course I’m concerned about cockroaches now. Attempted to add photos but getting technical errors.

I actually called to cancel my room and spoke with a young lady at the desk. She confirmed that my room was canceled and I was good to go. Two days later my card was charged, not once but TWICE! I called and the manager and owner asked if I had a cancelation number. I did not because I called and assumed that their stuff took care of me the day I called. They stated that unfortunately I was a no call/no show and could not refund my card. I have NEVER had such terrible service with a IGH/ Holiday Inn. I will NEVER EVER stay at that site again. The lady on the phone "Tonya" was incredibly rude. Fortunately, I called my CC company. I told them the whole story and they credited my card immediately and they are stopping the charge on my card! (Thank you Southwest Visa). THEY have excellent customer service! They said that I should have been penalized because Holiday Inn's staff did not do their job properly by canceling my room! I love love love Holiday Inn, but will never stay at the site in Weatherford, OK!

I stay at a few hotels for work from time to time and this is one of the nicest and cleanest I have been to in quite a while. I have no complaints at all about anything. The staff is very nice. The room was cleaned immaculately as well as the bathroom. The room and hotel as a whole is update very nicely.

The breakfast was very good. And, that’s it for good. We had a suite and the layout was just awful. TV off to one side so you had to turn your head or lay on your side to watch it. The chair was pushed against the wall by the lamp and sofa so you could only look straight ahead into a wall. No room to reset it for visiting. Bed was just not comfortable. Very small bath room area. Soul do on the TV was garbled so hard to understand. Overall, too expensive for hat you got.

Comfortable room with spacious shower . Wholesome hot breakfast instead of bagged breakfast . Easy check in process. Clean rooms. Just off the highway. Nice Christmas decorations in the lobby. Pleasant reception staff. Good value for money with breakfast .
