We a group of 8 stayed in two villas for one day. Having stayed in a lot of resorts in vythiri i would mention few pros and cons. Pros: Budget friendly stay if u r planning a stay in vythiri. Location is easily accessible as it is few mts only from main road. Rooms are neat and clean. Staff is friendly. Villa was spacious for the price offered. Cons: Not the resort if u are looking for a special stay like a honey moon trip or a special day. Complimentary breakfast is very basic. Restaurant was not operational but u can get food from outside real easy. No much activity inside the resort. We enjoyed our stay since we were looking for a budget stay. Staff cooperated fully. Enjoyed time in pool. Would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in a budget friendly resort.

Apart from management, everything is too good. Sajith promised for blocking the room for early check-in but he forgot. I reached the hotel at 5:30am but later after lot of request, they provided a room 3 hour later around 8:30am. Until then i was sitting in the reception with all the luggage. However, while checking out they were expecting me to pay early check-in price.

First of all the location of the facility is in the center of kalpetta. I reached hotel early morning 3am and the hotel staff were available to receive me. Free wifi and power generator available. Within a few hundred meters hotels and restaurants are available. This is a big relief compared to other resorts where you have to rely on their kitchen. Access to facility from the road is easy compared to others where you need to climb a steep hill. Hotel staff were helpful by providing contacts for local tour operators. Due to heavy rains. - we had cut short our vacation by 1 day and the hotel management were kind enough to refund us the amount for 1 day note: please plan your vacation in the months fro m oct to jean when all the tourist-spots are open. We went in july and mostly we were in rain and major tourist attractions were closed.
