There was a TESCO nearby and it was easy to use.
The room was nice and clean and the price was great.
However, there were some bad points such as the dryer being difficult to use.

Best night of sleep! From check in the staff was very welcoming and friendly, the room was super clean and quiet, stayed for couple of nights and everything was smooth, breakfast was fresh. Thank you for all the staff, definitely I will recommend it to my friends and colleagues!

Disappointing and run down. This hotel needs some love and TLC. The fixtures & fittings in the bathroom were loose and wobbly, the extractor fan not working. Room felt generally tired. This was the case in all 3 rooms our group had. The lift had only one light out of 5 operational. The wider hotel was better and the restaurant & bar was a nice space however this was marred by the unfriendly and incompetent staff. "Fawlty Towers" as my friend remarked. In my opinion breakfast at just over £10 per person is expensive and having to pay £8 per day for parking is crazy and unjustified. Premier Inn used to be a great value, good quality hotel chain, but it feels now like its becoming the EasyJet of hotels with lots of additional charges and poorer quality.

Stayed here because we had a family trip to Harry Potter Studios which was at a very convenient distance from the hotel, reception staff were very welcoming and nice to talk with, room wasn’t too big but did the job and the restaurant/bar area had a very calm atmosphere and the food was pretty tasty too!

Standard experience as you would expect from a Premier Inn. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking on site. Room was quiet despite being close to the main carriageway. Only niggle was getting an itemised receipt when paying on a room allowance in the restaurant, this wasn’t possible here so I had to have the room invoice instead. Stayed for work and would stay again if I needed to be in the area.

We checked in and the girl had heavy accent not understandable at all , we were decoding her words! Heater was weak and off at night didnt work well. Sink didnt drain and toilet didnt flush well. Restusrant breakfast was always low in seat and food and didnt have verities, was so basic. Lunch and dinner were basic and expensive. Location of the hotel is silly and not friendly to people with walking problems or on wheel chair.

Excellent service by all and hotel accessible for everyone. The stay was comfortable, food was amazing value for money. Would definitely stay again and great location for both leisure and business stay. Would recommend to anyone to ensure they share the same experience as I did.

The staff were friendly at both check in and check out. Answered all questions we had regards to parking (free for blue badge holders) Room was very clean and spacious, TV was great. Shower and bath were lovely. Tesco was opposite which was great.
