Very general. If you need to clean the room, you have to notify before 8:00 in the morning. If you are late, you will not have to clean the same day. If you want to change the clean bath towels, you can't provide it, which is a very poor experience. It is estimated that the people who are staying are all reporting to the University of Waterloo, otherwise they will not really go there.
