I found the hotel not cleaned properly at all.
The rooms are certainly not worth the money you pay, especially when it has no pool .

Just the one night stay at this Choice Hotels offering in Loganlea/Waterford and it was the little things that impacted negatively. First impressions at reception - a sign requiring $150 bond in case of room damage. However, I obviously looked harmless enough, so was not charged said bond. Pleased to be located an upstairs room towards rear and away from main road, but cleaning left a bit to be desired, with a nail clipping and screw spotted on the carpet floor. Old style key door access but felt safe enough and had a quiet nights sleep on a rather soft bed. Microwave, tea, coffee & milk provided, but no sink to wash up in and the shower head was fitted way too low. The wifi was good though, the aircon quiet and the TV perfectly adequate. Range of handy food outlets adjacent, including an unassuming but good little cafe open daily. Have stayed at better for cheaper.

Food outlets walking distance in the area, so convenient. My room was away from the street so it was quiet. However don’t rely on the check in time published on the internet. I arrived on time to find reception was closed. However reception left instructions in a sms. This was an average place to stay for an overnight stay. Room needed to be cleaned of crumbs.

We visited Australia from the UK for a 10 day break and four of us stayed in the 2 bedroomed apartment. It hadn't been cleaned when we arrived. The place was filthy - windows, fridge, microwave, floors etc. The ensuite smelt of sewage each evening. There was a layer of dirt under the beds. Mix and match cutlery, crockery and glasses. The outside netted door lock did not work so the place was not secure. It's the worst place we have stayed in and wssn''t cheap either!
