Door de andere reviews was ik wel benieuwd hoe het hier zou zijn Kamer Ruim met een mooie douche Alleen onder het grote bed lag stof ( lijkt me ook er moeilijk om schoon te maken Maar ook onder de verwarming lag stof Verder alles goed schoon Heerlijk matras Kamer 203 heeft een mooi uitzicht Ontbijt Koffieapparaat met 5 soorten koffie en heet water voor de thee Bijna alles aanwezig voor een goed ontbijt Helaas weinig fruit gezien terwijl er toch wel 20 mensen zaten te ontbijten dus die schaal mag wel voller Ook multivruchtensap en sinaasappelsap uit de tap Ook de eerste ochtend een mus die door de zaal vloog Sommige stoelen kunnen wel een sopje gebruiken Het is een geweldige plek lekker rustig ondanks een paar hotelgasten die wat luidruchtig waren in de late avond Strand Ligt op 900 meter Wassenaar is ongeveer 20 minuten op de ebike

Vond het jammer dat er niemand bij receptie was bij komen en gaan.
Er zou voor mij een broodje zijn voor ontbijt om half acht, niet te doen voor één pers die het hele ontbijt klaar moet maken zag ik wel.
Dan alleen naar koffie.

Hotel meraviglioso in mezzo alle dune - vicino alla spiaggia e vicino a Wassenaar. Camera bellissimo a 2 piani (!!). Posto strategico - forse da evitare in alta stagione (??)

Geweldige plek midden in de natuur, prachtig ingericht, schone kamers. Fantastische douche, uitzicht en balkon. Een feestje om er te zijn! Topplek! Personeel was ook erg vriendelijk en parkeren gratis. En.. ontbijt was om te smullen. Alles vers en heel veel keuze.

Im Vergleich zu den letzten Jahren ein ganz schlechter Service im Restaurantbereich. Unbeholfene neue Mitarbeiter. 2h Wartezeit auf ein Abendessen sind einfach zu viel. Am nächsten Tag wurde man in der Bar 30 min ignoriert.Okay, es gab dann Getränke aus dem Supermarkt (kurze Fahrt in den Ort, 3km) Das Frühstücksbuffet ist eigentlich ganz gut, vorausgesetzt, fehlende Dinge werden aufgefüllt/ nachgelegt. Auch das ist leider an beiden Morgenden (trotz Hinweis) nicht geschehen. Das Hotel muss dringend wieder an alte Servicequalitäten anknüpfen. Derzeit kann man nur von einem Besuch im Restaurant oder in der Bar abraten.

Had eerlijk gezegd meer verwacht van dit 4 sterren hotel. Achterstallig onderhoud, muffe geur op de kamer. De luxe kamer was niets luxe aan. Prijs- kwaliteitverhouding klopt niet. Ontbijt basic. Ontbijttafels zelf opruimen om plekje te hebben. Service aan de balie klantvriendelijk.

Nice enough hotel but I feel quite overpriced for what it was. Bathroom was small and steep stairs up to first floor - no lift. Tried to charge my car, there is a charger but you have to be registered and get a pass card in advance. No use at all if you are from overseas. Restaurant was again over priced and not open late. We got in a 7.40pm and they were wait for us to finish so they could close. Portion size was ridiculously small - 10EUR for a sliver of cheesecake was awful. Breakfast was ok, but slow to replenish the buffet when things ran out. Nice location. I usually finish reviews with whether I would stay again or not, regrettably I would say no to this one.

De high tea was zeer matig. Erg weinig hapjes en een matige keuze qau thee. Personeel was niet heel attent helaas. Hebben eerder bij andere fletcher een high tea gehad en die was super. Wilden dit keer een andere uitproberen maar is zwaar tegengevallen
