This motel is old and in poor condition. I was in a "king suite," which was large, but dirty. There was dust on every surface, dead stink bugs and living stink bugs. The bathroom light fixture was hanging out of the ceiling. Bathroom blinds were broken. The carpet and furniture were very worn. The kitchen had a stove and refrigerator and was fully equipped, but there was a dirty sponge and empty open bottle of dish detergent on the sink. The fire extinguisher was missing. Breakfast buffet was limited, and the only bread/pastry was white slice bread. The only good thing I can say is that the cable TV line up was extensive, and the bed linens seemed clean. The woman at the front desk said that the took over the hotel a month before and were renovating it. She was nice but there is no excuse for renting such a room to anyone. I would not recommend this place at all.

We booked a pet-friendly room over a month prior to our arrival on May 12, 2023. We were told at check-in that they did not have any pet friendly rooms and we would have to go elsewhere! We scrambled to find a pet-friendly hotel and finally found one. We had a reservation!!!! We are Diamond members of Choice Rewards! But it didn’t matter. When you can’t trust a reservation, you can no longer trust the hotel chain.

Dirty, worn, smells, vending machines not working, work out room closed. Poor sound proofing as I could hear the adjacent room conversation. Very friendly staff who did the best they could with what they had to work with.

Exceptionally clean room. Pleasant personnel at the front desk. TV with lots of channels. Microwave and mini Fridge. Cold A/C. Great location. Do not expect a huge breakfast- however, it is adequate. Price for this place is better than several other places that charge twice as much. We are pleased. We stayed here before and the place was not in good shape. This time we wanted to give it a try again. All rooms are accessed from the inside. So everyone must go past the front desk. The parking lot is free of debris and trash. We are very pleased with this Quality Inn. A good comfortable bed in a quiet place is also a plus. Try this hotel. You will not be disappointed.

Yesterday I tested positive for covid. 7 am this morning I called the hotel to try to cancel my reservation tonight and was told no cancellation by Manager, James Smith. The desk person told me I would have to wear a mask while in the facility. Since the cost for 4 Nights with tax came to $730. and they would not cancel, we are coming any way. I plan to camp out in the lobby to tell everyone I have covid and James Smith would not cancel the reservation. Also, I will be exposing EVERYONE IN THE PROCESS. Thanks James Smith, smart business decision.
