The hotel is in a good location and the surrounding is very quiet. The room is large and has all the basic facilities. There is no kettle and slippers. However, the front desk found a kettle for us when they knew we wanted to drink hot water. It was great! There are shops and restaurants downstairs in the hotel. Overall it is great.

The location was convenient for me and the staff is very friendly but the hotel is very stingy. You would think at $240 per night it would.include a light breakfast or something. The showers were modified so now they are very uncomfortable and the toiletries are scarce. One small soap for 2 people ...

Pros: Large room, free drinks and snacks, clean and tidy room. Convenient to eat nearby
Cons: The WiFi network is weird, I couldn't connect on the first day. I connected on the second day, but I couldn't receive emails on my laptop or phone. The water pressure of the shower is a bit low, and I didn't feel satisfied when I was washing.
In short, the stay was quite comfortable. Except for the above two points, compared with other hotels, the price-performance ratio is the best at the same price.

This hotel was spot on for our needs.
We needed to be in Georgetown near the university and this was a 15 min walk away.
Hotel was easy to find and in a safe,clean and very nice area.
Hotel its self was great. Staff very welcoming, all amenities we needed, lounge area, bar, restaurant and a gym.
Rooms and bathroom were spacious and very clean. With toiletries provided.
Absolutely no complaints at all. If you need to be in the vicinity of Georgetown university this would make a good mid range choice.
