I had a Junior Suite with a king sized bed. One would think that for a suite the bed would be one of the better ones in the facility. THATS A BIG NOPE! First the bed springs squeaked when you rolled over. Really?!? Then it was the hardest most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever experienced. Here I am a day later and I’m still hurting. And, yes that means I BARELY SLEPT AT ALL. After a couple hours of tossing, turning, feeling the pain get worse and worse, I gave up. I took 5 Advil and waited for morning. How can a suite have such a horrible bed? Then, the suite had a refrigerator. Well guess what, that didn’t work. So what we put in there didn’t get cold at all. You’d think you’ve rented a suite for two people. There were 4 wash cloths, two hand towels, and 2 bath towels. So, if you get there after a long road trip, shower to go out to dinner, then get up the next morning and try to shower to loosen your back pain from the crappy bed, you have to reuse the towels. Plus, if you’re their with you significant other and they like to put their hair up in a towel, well the next man up is $&@$ out of luck. Then the pillows… there are the smallest I have ever seen in a hotel. I think I have bigger pillows on my couch at home. The blanket on the bed, let’s just say if you put the AC on because the room was the temperature of the rainforest, and actually humid (how’s that possible inside a hotel room???) you’re gonna freeze you hutt off in the middle of the night. Didn’t bother with the breakfast buffet. Because I was too stiff to try to go downstairs early. It’s over at 9:30 am and had horrible ratings so I figured why add to my misery. So, save your money. Don’t go here. ESPECIALLY IF YOU GET ROOM 303!!! Just cut your losses and sleep in your car, it’s sure to be more comfortable than the bed. (Yes I’ve slept in my car, so yes I can say that from experience!). PS. Don’t buy from their little store. They are PNC Park priced. Expect to pay twice retail price at the very least. Still don’t know what one of the charges was because I never actually received a receipt. (They charge you a $75 fee for incidentals which the reimburse you the unused balance). They had a notice for a liquor license in the entrance, if a monster is $5, I’d hate to see the cost of a beer!

Another Hampton Inn that just seems “tired”. Hallway carpet, room carpet, furnishings all need updating. Only one elevator working. Complimentary breakfast nothing great. That being said, staff was friendly, room was quiet and bed was comfortable.

Just a quick stop and stay. Our second time coming to the area. Previously staying at the property next door, I was relieved to find out that this property was NOT managed by that of the DT. So already this Hampton was higher on my list. The first time in forever that we didn’t book directly through Hilton, as being budget conscious right now, we booked through Priceline. A basic King room. I was pleased that it was away from the elevators. The room was clean and the layout was what I remember Hampton to be. The one thing that immediately stuck out to us were the bed pillows. There were four pillows, however they were the size of throw pillows and not pillows you would typically find on a bed. I’m thankful that one of us brought pillows from home. I’m not sure if this is now a standard amenity or not, I would bring your own. Sleeping was decent. Shower in the morning wasn’t bad. The fixtures holding the bath products in the shower could use some maintenance. The only things we used while on this short stay were the fitness center and breakfast. Another plus, that the fitness center was fully operational and clean. The breakfast, the surprising option of getting a Red Velvet or Malted Vanilla was surprising and much welcomed. We typically stay at Home2’s and this small detail adds another plus above Home2. All in all, we would stay here again. I would love to see the rooms get an upgrade with furniture and accessibility for those who travel with DME (cpap/bipap, etc) and having multipurpose charging options on both sides of the beds. An upgraded workstation would be nice as well.

The front desk employee was miserable. I can't remember a time when someone was so rude to me. When I walked in to check in she didn't even look at me she couldn't take her eyes off her cell she even left me standing there at the front desk while I was trying to check in and she just walked away no explanation no nothing for several minutes still don't know what that was about or why she was so rude to me but I ended up not even staying there because of her she made me feel that uncomfortable. It was 1:00 p.m. in the afternoon on a Monday and the night before that they were not booked full I called in that morning and asked if it would be possible to check in just a bit early bc I was taking a bus in that got there early and they said they had several rooms that hadn't even been rented out the night before and that it was all good. But this lady of course gave me a hard time. She tried to charge me a $50 early check-in fee and it was at that point I just had to go outside and sit down because I was getting ready to cuss this lady out for real but I didn't want to get ignorant so I just turned my camera on and went back in and videotaped the rest of it but I think she knew I was videotaping because she wouldn't even address me on the subject of the extra $50 and she also wouldn't take it then but I videotaped the whole thing and I will include some pictures, some receipts. I really hope I never come across this lady again whoever hired this woman hopefully will see this and do something about her stank attitude.

I had stayed at this hotel in 2022 and it was nice, however it has changed. Our room was in need of updating. There were tears in the curtains, the bathroom floor was sticky, and the room, curtains and bedding had a residual cigarette smell despite being a non-smoking room. The hallway on the 5th floor was very warm and stuffy, and vents had condensation dripping. We checked in on a Friday, and when we advised the front desk that our bathroom sink was not draining well, we were told there was no maintenance on site for the weekend and they had to put in work order. Some of the front desk staff were helpful and friendly, but we witnessed one being rude and impatient with another customer. I often choose Hampton Inns when available, but we will likely choose another option next time we are in the area.

We checked in to this Hotel on line the day before and picked a room. We gave them an arrival time of 3:00 pm. We actually arrived at 4:30 to check in and were told that our room was not ready and it would be in 30 minutes. We asked what time check in was and were told 3:00??? We explained that we couldn't wait 30 minutes as we had to meet family in Pittsburgh we just wanted to drop our bag and go. We asked it they could give us another room as we were in a hurry. They were kind enough to give us an upgrade to a very nice room. When we got to the room we noticed that the shower gel holder in the shower was empty - not even a bottle there. There was shampoo and conditioner but no shower gel. On our way out we told the front desk and she said "Oh I think we are out", and gave us a couple of the small soap bars you get in hotels. I can't figure out why if they are out of the gel they just don't put the bars in the rooms. We had a great night sleep in the upgraded room. But, when we went down to breakfast my wife went to make a waffle and there was no waffle mix, and the woman working was removing it. When my wife asked if she was making more she said "NO" She kept referring to the "pantry" but she was walking away so we don't know what she meant. By the way, this happened at 8:30 and breakfast is on until 9:30. Another woman overheard this going on and told my wife that some other woman got very angry about the waffle mix and the worker made some more for her, not sure if it was the same day or another day. There were scrambled eggs and bacon in the chafing dishes, neither of which I eat. I had a bagel (there were 2 left) and a tea. Overall it is a very nice hotel, but definitely needs some work.
