Very nice apartment, comfortable bed, great location. Unfortunately, the coffee machine didn't work and we could only drink expensive water from the bar. However, everything is ok. What shocked me the most was the behavior of the receptionist, who treated an elderly man of Ukrainian origin terribly, who tried to explain to him that he had paid for the reservation under a different name. The receptionist shouted that he didn't understand what the older man was saying, although without knowing Ukrainian it was easy to guess. Terrible, nationalistic behavior of a young **** towards an older man!

Hotel extraordinário em Varsóvia. Estacionamento gratuito em frente a porta do hotel. Muito próximo as ruas com ótimas lojas e uma curta caminhada para centro antigo. Quarto enorme com dois banheiros, cozinha, camas confortáveis e excelente chuveiro. Fui para Varsóvia várias e este hotel foi o melhor. Talvez poderia melhorar o café da manhã. Recomendo.

Perfect location for exploring and near all the restaurants and bars. The accommodation is very spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. Cleaned daily . Friendly hotel staff , informative. Kitchen equipment to make light meals, pans, cutlery, hob, microwave and fridge

A well located and clean aparthotel. If the room was large and well equipped, the bedding was quality, there were some areas of dissatisfaction. The welcome, just friendly and not at all attentive. The nearby environment, a very noisy courtyard in which the noise from neighboring work, the trash taken out at 6 a.m. and the chatter of passers-by late at night spoiled the stay a little. Finally, having to take a train at 8:30 a.m. at the central station, it was impossible to have breakfast, even if it was just a small fix, nothing. Saturday is 8 a.m. and that’s how it is. Response without any commercial consideration from the staff! Too bad, I was used to more attention, especially in this channel.
