Convenient location, right in the city center with the view of the city landmarks. Friendly staff and good breakfast. The only disappointment was the swimming pool/ sauna rules which are not specified while making a booking on trip.com. We came to find out that the pool is only accessible for one hour per guest and additional time must be paid extra and cannot exceed 3 hours per day. In addition, an advanced booking must be made in order to use the pool and spa facilities. These restrictions should be transparently stated as the inconvenience left us with a feeling of mis-advertisement, which is a shame for such a nice hotel.

Very close to the city center, but the swimming pool on the rooftop is a bit small, so you need to make a reservation in advance. The scenery in the breakfast area is also good. It should be a top hotel in Warsaw, but the check-out time is not as flexible as in China

InterContinental Warsaw is a top five-star hotel with a very good location. We stayed here for one night. It is more appropriate to stay in a five-star hotel in Poland. Warsaw is not particularly fun compared to Krakow next door. The hotel is close to the city center and major attractions and has convenient transportation.

Great location and view, both from the room and the pool. Unfortunately, you only get 1 hour of pool time for one day stay. You also have to book it.

The hotel is very centrally located at the Kultur Palast. The old town can be reached in 20 minutes on foot. There is a shopping center and various small specialty shops nearby, and there is also a currency exchange office with a good exchange rate around the corner.
The junior suite with an additional sofa bed was big enough and clean. The breakfast was very tasty and well organized.
The only thing we found unusual was the reservation of pool time. Unfortunately, you cannot use the spa area spontaneously. I think this restriction in a 5-star hotel is a no-go!
