Staff were excellent and professional helpful a must stay will definitely be staying again .. Again staff were the greatest after a long drive we were allowed to our room early . Staff so accommodating words cannot express the pressures the staff lifted of us when we arrived .. Stayed at a few hotels on our travel along Victoria coast but this one stood out leaps and bounds Again thank you Deep blue hotel and hot Springs.

Our room was quite spacious and bed was comfortable. After reading through other reviews I see that the water temperature hasn't been addressed, it is hard to regulate and much hotter than it is supposed to be, this is a hazard for children. Our room was above the industrial laundry which is an eye sore and filthy, as you head up the stairs there are sheets on the ground under a dirty table that appear to have been there for quite some time, if this area looks like this I'm glad I didn't look too hard around our room!

Everything is very good, but when I left, I saw that it was still early, and I planned to park the car at the hotel and go for a walk outside. A staff member said that I could not park. I had already explained that I was staying in this hotel, and he They said I was a liar, they said they wanted to lock my car and asked me to leave. I liked this hotel very much. The people at the front desk are also very nice, but the staff is a bit unfriendly

Really cost-effective! ! It feels better than I have two or three thousand in one night in other places! ! Originally, there was no hope. Every time I felt that the hotel was very disappointing, but this time I really liked it when I opened the door! I am very satisfied with my husband. This hotel is also the first choice when choosing a hotel! Reception waiter is also very nice~ We arrived late, the room card was placed directly on the door, the next day should have checked out at ten o'clock, but it was a bit late to make breakfast with her husband, asked if the front desk could check out later, the front desk It is also a direct agreement~ Finally, we have all the things washed before we leave. This was a last minute booking for two nights over New Year’s Eve and we were very happy with it! The room was not luxurious but it was clean and comfortable and had everything you would need for a short stay. Especially if you plan on spending time out in town and the surrounds. The managers are a very friendly and accommodating couple - after a small issue with the toilet flushing (which was fixed immediately) they gave us a bottle of wine! Completely unnecessary but well received. They leant us a picnic blanket to go and check out the fireworks and were really lovely at check out on New Year’s Day even though we over slept our check out time. Had a great time and would recommend!
