"The hotel is in downtown Walvis Bay and not a particularly far walk from the Esplanade. While the staff were truly excellent and very friendly, the room itself was in not the greatest condition. The closet door had significant damage to it from the entrance door constantly banging into it, the bathroom door was literally on a sliding track, and the toilet was right next to the door at an odd angle that made positioning very unusual. However, the worst part of the room was that the bed sheet had the remains of a significant blood stain on it, but I cannot be 100% sure. Aside from the room that seriously needs renovation, the breakfast was quite good."

"Pros: Good location, spacious rooms, and friendly service. Cons: The address was unclear; the navigation led me to another location. The bathroom was huge but freezing cold due to lack of heating. There was a fireplace, but it wasn't turned on for me. My towels weren't changed even after several days. I won't come back. A proper hotel is much better. This is more like a guesthouse."
