Nice and clean. Very fine breakfast. Excelent bed, not the best pillow. Not a lot of light in the bathrom, the small lamps on the wall did not light up more than af couple of candles, the lamp over the mirrow did not work. No water boiler in the room, to make tea/coffee. But a microwave and a full sized dishwasher,. Lots of cabbinets. Nice and spacius room. The bathroom did not seem to be finished, it looks like it has been prepared for a jacuzzi/spa/bathtub. But we did have a nice stay and might come back some other time, when we will visit the Birdpark again. There are plenty of restaurents nearby.

Sehr saubereres Hotel mit moderner Ausstattung. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstücksbuffet top. Kleiner Parkplatz vorhanden. Das Badezimmer war etwas klein.

This is my third time stay at this hotel. The room is clean and cozy. The service is good. The reception answered all the questions and solved my problems nicely. They show their great hospitality to customers.I don’t speak German. They tried their best to help me. Definitely come back for next trip in Walsrode.

Wir haben ein schönes und großes Zimmer mit Balkon bekommen gehabt.
Eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Mikrowelle, Spüle, Kühlschrank und sogar Spülmaschine war vorhanden.
Die Betten waren bequem in einer komfortablen Größe und das Bad machte einen hochwertigen Eindruck.
Das umfangreiche Frühstücksbuffet war top und es fehlte an nichts. Toller Service.

Zeitlich / Terminlich bedingt war ich früher im Hotel, als theoretisch hätte eingecheckt werden können.
Aufgrund der Sachlage hat die Mitarbeiterin (Rezeption) alles mögliche versucht um mir den CheckIn vorab zu ermöglichen um nach dem Termin nicht lange warten zu müssen.
Leider war der Aufenthalt nur über Nacht (inkl. Frühstück gebucht) deswegen kann ich nicht allzu viel sagen - Erholsamer Schlaf war jedoch mehr als gegeben.
Das Zimmer (Doppelzimmer Frühstück) war sauber, aufgeräumt & ordentlich.
Beim zugebuchten Frühstück konnte man von süß bis herzhaft alles finden was dazugehört.
Wenn man zeitig bucht, ist ein Parkplatz auch sicherlich nutzbar, jedoch gibt es drumherum ausreichend Möglichkeiten.
