Absolutely perfect. The room was spacious and inviting. The amenities like the wellness center and pools made us feel like we were going to a spa everyday. The staff is friendly and courteous.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wunderbares Haus.
Zwei kleine Anmerkungen, im Zimmer war es sehr warm und die Klimaanlage hat leider keime Abhilfe geschafft und wir hatten das einzige (?) Zimmer im Erdgeschoss und somit sehr nahe am Gastraum, was dazu führte das man ab 06:00 Uhr morgens den Betrieb im Zimmer wahrnahm.

my review of this hotel is very mixed, we arrived at Salzburg via train on the website clearly states that they can arrange transfers. Admittedly we did try and contact them the same day but there was no response to our email. To this day we never had a response. We contacted the hotel once we arrived in Salzburg to advise the best way to get to the hotel is. We got an a book to respond get a taxi and then they hung up. the same member of staff was available when we got to the hotel and was just as rude and arrogant. having travelled to most of the day the last thing you need is a receptionist who has no customer service skills despite this very poor service on arrival the rest of the stay was brilliant great facilities great staff in the morning great attention to detail. The shame that the afternoon hotel receptionist has absolutely no customer service
