The room was a very nice size and aesthetically pleasing. Unfortunately there were some bugs/spiders. Usually this isn't something i would complain about because its hard to avoid sometimes but there were enough for me to mention it. Our shower water also would not get warm/hot and we werent able to contact hotel staff because it was a weekend, so after long days of walking and activities we had to end with cold showers. The bathroom was very nice though. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated that they provided a high quality fan. I feel like the issues that we had are easy fixes thats why I still rated this hotel fairly high.

Multiple Issues
90 minute check in process due to scanner broken, not finding my reservation, not accepting 2 of my cards, then charging my debit card TWICE! Finally, your machine ran out of key cards. I missed my meeting that I flew 9 hours for!!!!
Absolutely no help on telephone where it just disconnecting. Nightmare.

Unterkunft sauber und modern. Zentrale Lage in Nähe des Bahnhofs (5 min Fußweg). Checkin über Automaten (kein Personal & keine Rezeption) problemlos möglich. Einziges Manko, das Hotel liegt über einer Bar/ Restaurant und es kann schon mal etwas lauter werden. Es war jedoch alles im Rahmen und hat uns nicht sonderlich gestört. Kommen gerne wieder.
