This ryokan is located in front of the Osaka Bay in the small bourgeoisie of Kada, 100 mts from the very beautiful sanctuary of Awashima-Jinja and 400 mts from the shipper for Tomogashima. I stayed in Wakayama for the first time. Breakfast is the usual basic Japanese fare with toast as a Western option, with limited seating. They strangely seemed to be lacking knives, so other hotel guests as well as myself were using forks, spoons and chopsticks to try and spread the jam on the toast! A well priced hotel which gives me the basics I need for a good night's rest.
