Abbiamo passato due notti in questo hotel posto all'iinizio del centro abitato di Petra. Le camere sono spaziose con un bel bagno dotato di doccia comoda. Pulito, a parte il piumino che abbiamo tolto dal copripiumino, che presentava una macchia piuttosto vecchia. Collegamento internet problematico.

Es un buen hotel para poder descansar y salir de tour porque está muy cerca de la entrega a Petra. Cuartos cómodos, espaciosos con aire acondicionado. Personal muy amable. El buffet del desayuno es variado. La cena era buffet pero porque no hubo mucha gente fue en plato pero fue lo mejor que nos pudo pasar, la comida fue 100 Puntos!!!

A very nice hotel and a room with great comfort! We were treated to a late check-out and a nice plate of fruit! We asked to have a takeaway breakfast to leave earlier for Petra and everything was well prepared. Thanks to the reception staff for their kindness.

We had booked two nights in this hotel for mid-September and at the beginning of August Vueling cancelled our flights to Jordan due to the instability with Israel and Gaza. I wrote to them through booking and asked them that, although the reservation was without free cancellation, due to the reason completely beyond our control and given that the cancellation was being made more than a month in advance, they consider giving us back our money or a partial refund. They said no, which is fine, something I can understand, but they also didn't give us the possibility of giving us a "voucher" for when we could travel, in fact I wrote to them again to change the dates since there were Vueling flights in November and they said no. I think it's terrible that a hotel has so little consideration for its customers, it says a lot about this hotel, really. Very pleasant hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. Tea and coffee making facilities included along with showering product. The swimming pool was closed at the time of our visit. Excellent service from all the staff, especially those in the onsite restaurant. Food was very good. Would definitely stay here if visiting Petra.
