"Great hotel! It is in the very center of Wyborg, all the sights in 5-7 minutes walk, a lot of cafes, restaurants nearby. The girl on the respiratory (unfortunately didn't remember her name, as they settled in the evening and were off the road) very kind, all hinted and helped. The room is not big but cozy, with high ceilings, at the expense of which it seems more. The room has tooth sets, slippers once-time (very good quality), coats, tea set,glass water, teapot. Recommend!!!!!!!"

"We really liked the hotel. We checked in quickly and got a room on the 5th floor with a view of the bay. The castle was visible to the right. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fumigator. However, it wasn't needed since the windows had mosquito nets. Bathroom amenities include shampoo and shower gel in soft packaging, a toothbrush and toothpaste. The bathroom is comfortable, with a hairdryer and a mirror with lighting. The room has carpeting. There is a large and comfortable bed, an armchair, and ottomans. We stayed for two nights; cleaning was done daily, and we replenished our supplies of drinking water, coffee, and used shampoo. There is a water cooler on the floor. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The hall is large, there are plenty of tables, snow-white tablecloths, good dishes, and comfortable chairs. The staff is efficient and friendly. The hotel has two elevators, both of which work. There is a sauna, free in the morning. Everything is clean and tidy. You can pick up a map of Vyborg at the reception. A pleasant young lady readily explained how to get to the sculpture park. It, like most of the attractions, is within walking distance. The train station is just a few minutes' walk away, and the bus station is even less. The hotel has a large parking lot. And right at the hotel steps, there's a cozy green park. In short, the hotel left a very pleasant impression. I would happily return."

"Stop this twice, in the VIP room is wedding. Big, excellent room. So for the third time decided to stay in this hotel, but the favorite room was busy, the only VIP was free Caesar. It is the most expensive hotel. When we opened the door of the room, we liked it even more than the wedding. But... , at night we woke up in the pits on the two sides (the mattress failed and nothing to do), in the morning we came to the recipe, asked to solve the problem, namely to replace the bed or change the room. We came back in 2 hours but we were told that we had only corrected everything and nothing to do. We offered two options : 1. Sleep on this bed 2. We leave (and urgently to have time to give up to others). The girl on the respiratory claimed to us that this was the first time, but the guard admitted to us that this bed was known for a long time. So why not do it???? Once it is constantly broken. We certainly immediately packed things and moved to another hotel. The girl on the respiratory was a hamka, hinted to us that we broke their bed, having released their eyes, didn't want to solve anything at all, yes..., offered us to return money for half a day, not at all in itself. Until we said we would call the police now and write to Rospotrebnadzor. She called the director and the question immediately decided that the return would be in a day. More to this hotel no leg!!!"

"The classroom was not liked.Broken ceilings in the shower,no fan,even a basic spoon for shoes.no.The room was cold,in the evening was cold,or didn't work,or the batteries were turned off.The administrator didn't report, what is available in the wi fi room.Next to the hotel is a semi-devastated building,nothing covered,a scary feeling creates.Of the benefits of cleaning and replacing towels daily,the presence of TV. There is no towel hook in the bathroom, there is no shower gel,no shampoo,this is poured into the dispenser without a description.If hotel 3*,the standard room all this should be present.From entertainment I found nothing, From the center far on foot 20min.Noise isolation is no, the pen in the door is all shattered, in general there is an unpleasant rainfall from this room."
