"Well, what can I say about the "Druzhba" hotel...? The hotel isn't bad, and the location is simply excellent. It's a 5-minute walk from the train station, and close to all the main tourist attractions. However, the hotel itself is long overdue for a renovation! Everything needs an upgrade, from the reception desk and its staff – including their attitude towards guests – to the furniture in the lobby (all the sofas look like they've seen better days), the bathroom fixtures in the rooms, and the breakfast offerings! For example, who needs a sauna from 7 to 10 in the morning? Why not make it available to guests in the evening when everyone has returned from excursions and wants to relax? In a "comfort" room type, there aren't even cotton pads in the bathroom... But the bed is comfortable and the linen is white. The dishes in the restaurant are very tasty, but also very expensive. 😂😅 The waitresses are all lovely and very customer-focused!"

"An excellent, cozy hotel in the city center, yet not on a busy street with lots of people. The hotel is new, with beautiful decor that cleverly plays up the building's architectural features. The room has everything you need: two small face towels, two smaller hand towels, two large body towels, a foot towel, a set of cotton swabs and pads, a small shoe cup, a hairdryer, a refrigerator, a fumigator, a safe, slippers, a shoehorn, two robes, two conditioners, delicious-smelling liquid soap, shower gel, and shampoo. My husband and I were given two glass bottles of water, which were refilled, along with glasses for drinking. There's a capsule coffee machine in the room with capsules and a coffee set. The roof windows offer a great view of the mini towers and outbuildings (photos only of the towers and the hotel entrance)."

"The hotel is conveniently located, all nearby, right away supermarket where you can buy the necessary. There is a fan, towels, hoods, liquid soap, paper, refrigerator. No expenses: pasta, brush, shampoo. There is a refrigerator, no teapot. There is no coffee and tea available accordingly. Couler on every floor. Hotel and room are clean. Everything is comfortable. Price and quality matching. One huge minus that I can't miss. The walls are like cardboard. If you plan to rest (in the sense of sleeping, as it turned out that people have a different concept of rest), and behind the wall will refuse a company of drunk women - to rest you won't manage! Drunk or on the whole floor, hysterical gogot, ringing down bottles... It's horror! How it turned out then, ladies so celebrate Russia Day! With the difference at 5 o'clock with my city from where I came, there was simply no strength. I wanted to sleep, but the rive wake us every minute when I could sleep. I addressed the administrator. It turned out that until 23 hours "you can stand on your head." I think it is not acceptable for a hotel. It is still a public place. At 23: 00, the administrator spoke to our neighbors, the raw and gogot went to whisper, which hardly allowed us to sleep, but did not stop. So I'm sure that the second time I won't go here exactly. I'll look for a hotel with good sound isolation. In the morning we were exhausted, exhausted by such a sleep. If you are not frightened by such neighbors, such noise isolation, then you can consider this option at an affordable price ."

"The classroom was not liked.Broken ceilings in the shower,no fan,even a basic spoon for shoes.no.The room was cold,in the evening was cold,or didn't work,or the batteries were turned off.The administrator didn't report, what is available in the wi fi room.Next to the hotel is a semi-devastated building,nothing covered,a scary feeling creates.Of the benefits of cleaning and replacing towels daily,the presence of TV. There is no towel hook in the bathroom, there is no shower gel,no shampoo,this is poured into the dispenser without a description.If hotel 3*,the standard room all this should be present.From entertainment I found nothing, From the center far on foot 20min.Noise isolation is no, the pen in the door is all shattered, in general there is an unpleasant rainfall from this room."
