Superbe hotel très classe et très spacieux . Chambre et literie très bien . Petit déj très varié . Restauration en buffet bien faite et très propre (grand choix et de bonne qualité ) Dommage que les serveurs soient là juste pour débarrasser mais ne demandent pas si on veux boire quelque chose . Spa et piscines agréables

For a family with two children (10 and 12 years old), we took a deluxe room (apartment without a kitchen), consisting of two rooms. In the bedroom there is a double bed, in the living room there are two armchairs, to organize sleeping places for children there were two full beds, with normal mattresses, not folding beds. The pool is quite large, in November there was an indoor area plus there is a swim-up outside, this part of the pool is combined with the indoor part, so it’s probably open all year round, and in winter it was very nice to get some air. Other outdoor pools were not open. On weekends the pool is quite busy, but in the late afternoon, and especially after dinner, it was freer. That is, somewhere between 17-00 - 23-00 is the least busy time. We arrived on Thursday evening and left on Monday morning; Thursday evening and Sunday evening were generally free. The spa part is large: three saunas of different temperatures and humidity, a hammam, a salt room - they were quite free. The hotel pools do not have mineral water, just regular water. This is not a claim, just a fact. It’s a pity that the hotel is on mineral waters, but mineral water is not used in any way in the spa complex. And we were going to Mineral Waters (There is no pedicure and they don’t offer children’s massage. We didn’t ask for other services, but they offer adult massage. The spa center provides towels with every visit, the room has spa robes and slippers, they change every day. And there is absolutely no place to dry them, there are not even hooks or fishing line in the bathroom. The rate was half board (breakfast and dinner), I recommend, there was a large selection and good quality. For dinner there were always several types of meat and fish, fresh vegetables, snacks, desserts. and dinner includes non-alcoholic drinks, wine could be ordered additionally. There were no problems with tables, even at rush hour on the weekend we went for lunch once, I don’t recommend the restaurant, the menu is small and it took a long time to get there. the city, especially a cafe a stone's throw away.
