不滿意的原因是：1️⃣酒店晚上沒有前台服務人員。遇到問題找不到人解決2️⃣入住後出現停水情況，導致基本的的洗漱和洗澡及上廁所沖水都不能進行；3️⃣酒店對於停水這一情況不承認，推卸責任；4️⃣床單被罩需要自己組合，不符合正常酒店做法。5️⃣房間的設備簡陋。

Beautiful hotel, 5min walk to city centre. Spacious apartment with its own kitchen and balcony overlooking a historic castle. Outdoor pool and rooftop restaurant with amazing view. There is also a small gym and spa/ sauna. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place.
