The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great decor and crisp bed sheets. The food was delicious, with a huge variety of options! the staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

Location is excellent. Hotel is neat and clean. Room was nice and spacious. Thanks to hotel for providing an early check-in. Very good location for getting conveyance for almost every where in and around vrindavan goverdhan barsaana and gokul.

big studio rooms property seems understaffed frequent lift issue due to power cuts

House keeping and room service to be improved. The rooms are shown during booking are not being provided after arrival. After a lot of roaming from one floor to other and force to the hotel administration, the right room is provided.

1)Seepage in all over room
2)Reception take 40 minutes for check in.
3) They are using same lift for garbage which Guests are using.
4) Gutkha and Paan spit in ducting next to your room door
5) Provided Glasses one is Plastic and another is glass.
6) Cups and tea coffee bags are available but not provided cattle how could we make tea.
7) No towels were available in bathroom when we ask on check-in time they provide us after 4 hours after so many calls.
8) You can't open attached balcony door because generator noise is constant.
9) On check-in time no body assist for room they just handover the keys and say go to the room.. is this OK?
10)Today 13 October it's my wife's birthday. We came to Vrindavan for spiritual holiday but Hotel spoiled our holiday and my wife's Birthday.

The stay was good, the bathroom can be improved. It is nearest to all the places there. Prem mandir is in-front of it only. The parking facility was also safe. There were many birds and greenery there

I stayed in the hotel for two days. What i liked here specifically are the location and the food. The hotel offers free parking with driver accommodation, which is really convenient for travelers who travel with drivers. The staffs are very polite. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Over
