Το Valis το συστήνω 100%. Όλα ήταν άψογα. Όλα πεντακάθαρα, άνετα και μεγάλα δωμάτια και πάρα πολύ νόστιμο φαγητό. Επίσης, το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείο πάρα πολύ ευγενικό και φιλικό. Ένα μεγάλο μπράβο και ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ! Φυσικά και θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε στο μέλλον!

Καθαρό δωμάτιο αν και το μπάνιο μπορεί να βελτιωθεί. Υπάρχουν στην μπανιέρα μαύρα στίγματα, μάλλον από υγρασία που θα μπορούσαν να είχαν αφαιρεθεί στον καθαρισμό του δωματίου. Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν με σεβασμό στον πελάτη. Μας παρέδωσαν το δωμάτιο νωρίτερα από το check in μιας και φτάσαμε νωρίτερα. Το υπέροχο πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο.

Clean and quiet room and friendly staff. However disappointed by the closed pool and SPA/Massage facilities and personnel. Only one person for massage and therefore full and they couldn’t arrange time for me and my wife to get it at least consequently. On the other hand I was unlucky because that week, sea was forbidden due to pollution from dead fishes. So I can’t comment on sea in front of the hotel.

Δεν θα μπορούσε να υπάρξει καλύτερη επιλογή για το γαμο μας!!!!όλα ήταν υπέροχα!!!!φανταστική τοποθεσία, φανταστική σουίτα με απίστευτη θέα, εξαιρετικό φαγητό, φοβερή οργάνωση με ευγενέστατο προσωπικό!ένα τεράστιο μπράβο στον κύριο Ευθυμίου και σε ολο το προσωπικό του valis resort που συνέβαλαν στο να κάνουν την πιο ευτυχισμένη μέρα της ζωής μας ακομα πιο ξεχωριστή!!!

We booked this resort in order to relax abd spend quality time as a family but must say we are very dissapointed. Rooms are lovely spacious but need to refurbish asap. Pool and pool area its dirty and very bussy. Breakfast its absolutely horrible. Cheapest quality of everything. Safest is to eat bread and butter. Breakfast coffe its undrinkable. Definately not a 5 * experience. And in all honesty not even 3 * Gym its a joke, indoor pool doesnt feel clean as well. Surely not a 5 *

Πολύ ωραίο ξενοδοχείο με όλες τίς παροχές ευγενεστατο προσωπικό πεντακάθαρο δωμάτιο.Στη πισίνα είχε δύο ναυαγοσώστες που ήταν συνεχώς σε επαγρύπνηση το pool bar ωραία κοκτέιλ και φαγητά σε πολύ προσιτές τιμές.Πηγαμε και στο τσοπουραδικο του ξενοδοχείου που είχαμε κέρασμα μεζέ και πήραμε ολοφρρσκα ψαρικα πολύ οικονομικά.Τελος δεν έχω λόγια για το πρωινό είχε τα πάντα σε υπερβολικό βαθμό

This is not a 5-star hotel. The rooms are old and dated. The bed did not even have a proper mattress - a thin piece of foam. I then wondered why they did not provide a cover or blanket and that is because the air conditioning does not work. The AC stops when you leave the room and then takes 45 minutes once you have come back to the room to reach a decent ( note not the desired) temperature. Unacceptable, when the outside temperature is 45 degrees Celsius. Grossly understated value for money, especially in a small town outside of Volos not a major tourist town, where you cannot even swim at the beach across from the hotel.
