wer die Ruhe sucht ist hier gut aufgehoben
Wir haben ein verlängertes Wochenende zur Feier unseres Hochzeitstags dort verbracht.
+ Lage im Wald und ruhige Atmosphäre, Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals (bis auf s.u.), Größe und Stil des Zimmers (Suite), Qualität der Betten, großer Balkon, Klimaanlage.
Im Restaurant wurde sehr gut auf diätetische Wünsche eingegangen.
- Es fehlen Kleinigkeiten zur Bequemlichkeit wie zB ein Hocker im Bad. Das Bett wurde zwar gemacht und das Bad gereinigt, aber das Sofa blieb verschmutzt (sichtbar noch vom Hund des Vorbewohners), obwohl wir die Reinigungskraft darauf hingewiesen haben; auch der Boden wirkte so, als wäre er zwischendurch nicht gereinigt worden. Bei dem Preis hätten wir auch erwartet, dass die Kaffeebar täglich aufgefüllt wird, es gab jedoch nur den einen Satz von der Ankunft, der gerade für den ersten Tag reichte. Und der Saunabereich muss extra zugebucht werden (Fitnessstudio und Pool sind aber inklusive)
Wir haben den Aufenthalt trotzdem sehr genossen, würden allerdings erst bei einem besseren Preis-Leistungsverhältnissen wieder buchen.

We hebben een goed verblijf gehad in het boshotel in Vlodrop. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer werd netjes verzorgd en schoongehouden.
