We booked this from trip.com and the site did not mention where you needed to go to find the intercom to call the shuttle bus at the airport (outside terminal 2, but the bus actually stops near the taxi stand at terminal 1)."

"I was waiting the shuttle more then 1 hour , communication with reception is bad , she told me stay outside next to taxi, but there was no one . The room was smelly ! And view on the trash!
