Personnel agreable et attentionné
Cest toujours un plaisir de sejourner a l'Ibis Vitré Centre, en particulier pour l'accueil. Le Personnel est toujours aux petits soins et reellement presents 24h/24. Merci a eux.
Vous pouvez egalement essayer leurs bocaux réalisés par un traiteur, jen ai goûté quelques uns et ils sont delicieux...

Il est inconcevable qu'un hôtel 3 étoiles loue une chambre avec sdb dont la chasse d'eau est défaillante, alors que le problème était connu préalablement de la réception. Le responsable a répondu à ma critique sur le site d'Ibis que nous avions à réclamer une intervention. Nous allions peut être demander un technicien ou changer de chambre à 22h alors que nous étions en tenue de nuit ? Non seulement il est irresponsable mais en plus il se moquer des clients. Lecteurs je vous laisse juges

Choix fait par mon entreprise. Absolument content de ce choix : au centre ville ce qui permet de visiter la ville et le parc qui est très proche sans prendre la voiture. Personnel souriant et serviable. Chambre confortable; Lieu (Vitré) très agréable et calme, une envie de balades m'a pris tous les soirs après ma journée de travail qui m'a permis de découvrir cette ville pleines de ressources. Hôtel à choisir pour son accueil, son confort et sa proximité de la ville.

Bon hôtel joli et agréable
Bonne chambre bien conçue et confortable. Bon éclairage, mais une seule chaise dans une chambre à 2 lits.
Un seul ascenseur très pris le matin par le service de nettoyage et les voyageurs sur le départ. Pas de souplesse dans l'horaire des petits déjeuners. Les petits déjeuners légers ne sont servis qu'avant 7 heures ou après 10 heures.

Very pleased with the hotel and very friendly helpful staff. The room was spacious, clean and airy and the communal areas, particularly the hall were very attractive. Breakfast was excellent and good value and there was even a bar! This was our first trip to Vitre and we lived it. Will definitely return.
