It was a pleasant stay at encore inn, visakhapatnam. Location is very convenient. Within proximity (1-3 kms) from all major transport communication points, viz, railway station, rtc. At the centre of market place, jagadamba complex. Lots of good dinning points in around. Restaurant of the hotel is yet to re-start. Ramkrishna beach can be reached within just 15 minutes. Behaviour of staff is excellent. Scope of improvement in staff number exists. Cleanliness & hygiene is good. Amenities & facilities are satisfactory. Value for money. Recommending for good family / business stay during a. P. Tour, centering visakhapatnam. Recommending for improvement in pleasant fragrance in corridor section. We are a satisfied frequent & regular visitor of encore inn.

I would like to share my recent experience. I've choosen encore inn through makemytrip. The check in time which is mentioned in the makemytrip app is 12 pm- 12 pm. But i've reached vizag early in the morning around 7 am. But the management didn't ask for any charges for early check-in. They have provided me the room. And staff are also very good.

the rooms were not maintained at all so I changed my hotel I asked for refund but the hotel refused to pay.

Room cleaning and service was good and amenities like fridge and coffee or tea and milk powder sachets not available or not in working condition

Very neat and clean hotel, kind hospitality, good location. Negative point is they do not have dining facility, they serve breakfast, but late process, the window was not securely locked, they told that it was centralised ac, but was not so effective. Inspire of that i shall recommend.
