Oceans 2700

Very dirty surroundings, Had I know that I would have Never Rent such an Ugly, Noisy, dirty, moldy Room like this. I will rate it ( 1 ) Star.

This hotel is disgusting. There are stains on the walls, curtains, the rooms don’t look clean. Absolutely disgusting for the money you pay. I felt like I was going to get bed bugs laying in the beds, the parking lot is terrible. Overall worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

The location was a block out from the ocean/beach but it was a quite, peaceful (no loud parties/people).they didn't have a pool after online it said they did and there wasn't even a snack machine to get snacks out of.there was a 7-11 conveniently located next door

Horrible! Parking space SMALL…tub was nasty couch nasty and hard…bed had two pull up covers and no sheet on it….brown stains on mattress cover. Just horrible and never again. Hardly no channels just nasty

Wine stains on the bed when we came in. Insects in the room. The tub was stained. The front desk staff was not friendly. One was cursing at someone on his cellphone. They were not professional. Don’t stay here

This place is a total dump. First and foremost they have roaches, no it wasn't just 1 or 2 it was several. The bathroom door was falling off the hinges and would not close all the way, you could not open it all the way either because it was dragging the floor so bad. The heater would not stop running so was a rather warm stay. The ice machine was broke. They do not accept cash, only a credit or debit card. The vanity sink was so big you can not sit comfortably on the toilet. You have to lean to 1 side and feel like you are going to fall into the tub. The tub was peeling very badly, definitely needs to be reglazed. The bed frame is surrounded by this flimsy piece of metal, that everytime you go to get in or out of bed your foot hits it and it sounds like a gong. The entire place looked like it had not been painted in 5 years. Rather expensive for being such a dump. 180 bucks for 2 night in January. The owner was very rude and arrogant. 1 cool thing abut the room was the vanity mirror. It lit up, and they have enough USB plug ins to charge all your devices. Convenient location. That is really about the only good things. WILL NOT STAY AGAIN NOR WILL I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!! OVERALL A HORRIBLE PLACE TO STAY!!!!

Absolutely terrible! Pool was green, room had sand in the floor the day we got there. You have to ask them to clean your room which the manager/owner will roll his eyes over. Asked for extra towels and they asked “why?” Had to argue with the same guy for a extra blanket for my kids. Office offers, one pot of coffee a day, good luck. Mold and mildew everywhere. Broken EXIT signs swinging in hallways. Our parking voucher blew out the window going down the road, when we asked for a new one the manager/owner accused us of giving it to someone! This place used to be a great place 2-3 years ago and we had stayed there multiple times then. This was our first trip back since , and first experience with new owner. Very disappointing to say the least. We will never be returning here to slum it for a week. Spend the extra money and go somewhere where they appreciate your business.

The room was good, clean and we could open the door and pretty much step on the beach. However, I was asked to provide an actual driver's license. I had just applied for a new one because I lost mine, but I had a picture of my original license. However, Jimmy the desk clerk would not accept it and told me I couldn't stay there without it the original license. I then asked if he could use my boyfriends license. He agreed, but then changed his mind and said he had to have my license because I booked the room. He told us we could not stay without my license and he couldn't refund my money because I booked through ******* and they would have to give me a refund. I was about to give him a piece of my mind, but he called the manager, and then took the copy of my license and my boyfriends license. There is no housekeeping, you have to request it before 3:00pm or get your own towels and washcloths from the front desk. Over all it was a good place to stay if you want to be on the beach for a couple of days. Customers coming in behind us, had some issues with their check-in as well. I would actually stay there again, but know that there's no automatic housekeeping and no "late" checkout. You have to be out by 11:00am.

The Ocean 27 Hotel is a great hotel with an outstanding staff. The Ocean 27 Hotel Owner's are the best I have ever seen in my 30 years in the Navy! The front desk staff is doing a magnificent job! I really appreciate The Owners, Front Staff, Main/man, & Housekeeping. Respectfully, Anthony Kelly Chief Warrant Officer 2 U.S.Navy (Ret.)
