I arrived an hour and a half before check in and my room wasn't ready yet. I was told I would have to come back. I was not given access to the parking garage so I had to pay to park my car to wait the hour and a half. When my room was ready I had to wait in the car line for 45 minutes just to check in because they were so backed up. When I checked in I was handed 2 room keys and nothing else. I assumed there would be a welcome packet in the room but there was nothing. When the other half of my party arrived they also had to wait in the car line for 45 minutes. The pools were dirty and had face masks floating in them. The first night the AC did not work and it was 80 degrees in the room. I approached the front desk at 9am one morning and requested housekeeping bring new towels and toilet paper to the room because we were out, I also asked if they could take the old towels and garbage which was neatly piled up in 1 location for removal. I was told you had to request this service 24 hours in advance but that they would bring new towels and toilet paper up. I returned at 6pm to find there was no towels or toilet paper in the room. When I called the front desk I was once again told that I had to request these items 24 hours in advance but that they would send someone up anyway. I had 4 people staying in the room and they brought 2 towels so had to make another trip to get me 2 more. When I checked out there was only 1 vallet working so I had to wait over an hour just to leave. There were 2 lines of cars stacked up and the poor kid was working his butt off but could only do so much. I was extremely dissatisfied with the customer service.
